摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for screening and treating pulp. In the invention, the pulp is screened in a screen into an accepted fraction and a rejected fraction, the rejected fraction being treated after the screening by removing water from it. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the refining process, the rejected pulp fraction is screened by means of a means (13) rotating rapidly in a reject space (12) of a screen (1) in such a manner that the rapidly rotating means (13) effects a radial flow of the fine-grained material contained in the rejected fraction outwards through a perforated wall (14) surrounding the rotating means (13) into a space (15, 15a) from where the fine-grained material is discharged.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for analyzing a gas mixture which contains a dust-like solid by separating and directing to analysis a certain quantity of the gas mixture along a sample-taking conduit, wherein a known quantity of liquid is mixed with the separated gas mixture in order to absorb the gas mixture into the liquid. The analysis is performed by analyzing the liquid which has absorbed the gas mixture. The liquid is mixed with the separated gas mixture which is being directed to analysis immediately after the gas mixture has been separated, and the separated gas mixture and the liquid are directed together along the sample-taking conduit to analysis.

摘要: A drill hole filling method involves drilling of a hole by using a tubular drill rod through which, in the course of drilling, a flushing medium is supplied through at least one opening in a crushing tool into an annular space, defined by the hole and the outer surface of the drill rod, for removing crushed material from the hole. The tubular drill rod is used for delivering a filler into a hole and/or into the ground or bedrock surrounding a hole, at the end of the drilling operation. An apparatus for filling a drill hole includes a drilling machine provided with a passaged neck member for fastening a tubular drill rod thereto. Aligned with the neck member is a supply housing which includes at least one chamber adapted to communicate along at least one connecting duct included in the neck member with a passage in the neck member. The supply housing is provided with a valve which is adapted to carry into said chamber a medium required both in the actual drilling and in filling the drill hole.

摘要: The invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the passage of a moving band (1) or the like in a paper machine or the like. The apparatus comprises a roll (2) mounted at one end turnably with respect to a machine body (3) while the other end is mounted turnably to an adjusting device (6). The adjusting device comprises a turning arm (9) for a roll (2) and an auxiliary arm (10) which are mounted coaxially turnably. The apparatus further comprises one or more air bellows (13) connected between the turning arm (9) and the auxiliary arm (10). Furthermore, at least one liquid bellows (11) is provided between the auxiliary arm (10) and the body or a body part (7). The position of the auxiliary arm (10) with respect to the body is adjusted by varying the amount of liquid in the liquid bellows. By varying the volume of the bellows, the roll (2) is turned about a shaft (8) and the direction of the roll shaft with respect to the longitudinal direction of the band (1) in its transverse direction. 摘要: A decker comprises a tank having a thickening drum mounted rotatably therein and including a filtering shell. The inside of the drum communicates with an inlet for feeding mass, whose consistency is to be increased during the thickening process and outlets for discharging the thickened mass after the thickening process. The filtrate separated from the mass being thickened, is arranged in a flow communication from the inside of the thickening drum through the filtering shell of the drum to the bottom portion of the tank. At least one separating member is placed in the bottom portion of the tank outside the drum and forms a partition point or partition line situated transversely with regard to the direction of rotation of the drum and at a predetermined, angular distance from the horizontal plane coinciding with the axis of rotation. The partition point is arranged to accomplish the separation of the filtrate flowing through the filtering shell before and after the angular distance, as seen in the direction of rotation, into at least two filtrate fractions.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for screening pulp, comprising a screen drum (2) provided with holes for the passage of an accepted pulp fraction therethrough; and a blade (10) for a screening device. The device comprises straight blades (10) wiping the surface of the screen drum (2) and extending in parallel with the axis of the screen drum (2). Reject which does not pass through the screen drum (2) is removed through a reject discharge opening (5) at the other end of the screen drum. For transferring the reject from the surface of the screen drum (2) to the reject discharge end, the surface of the blades (10) is on the screen drum side provided with grooves (11) so inclined that the front end of the groove (11) is closer to the pulp input than the rearmost end of the same groove (11). Thereby each groove (11) in the blades (10) causes the reject to be transferred towards the reject discharge opening (5).

摘要: An arrangement for sealing a chamber containing pressure medium against a movable band. The band is arranged to form one side of the chamber. The arrangement comprises a sealing framework which is fastened to a body part of the chamber by means of a resilient membrane. The sealing framework is further provided with a sealing means for providing a sealing effect between the movable band and the rest of the chamber. The sealing means is thereby arranged to be pressed against the band by the pressure effect of a load medium fed on one side of the resilient membrane. In order to obtain an effective and adaptable sealing effect, the means for providing the sealing effect is formed by at least two sealing elements arranged in parallel and between which a sealing liquid is provided.

The device comprises a displacing arm mechanism mounted pivotably around a stationary horizontal shaft and arranged to grip an empty reeling drum positioned in the store in an upper position and to deliver the reeling drum in a lower position on the primary fork. In order to provide a simple device reliable in operation and easy to automate, the displacing mechanism comprises a lever and a hook. The hook is journalled displaceably on a journal point provided in the lever so as to be displaced during the pivoting movement of the displacing mechanism.
