    摘要: A base is provided with a plate-shaped body and two pairs of opposite protrusion edges surrounding the periphery of the plate-shaped body. The two pairs of opposite side plates are hinged to the protrusion edges of the base and are foldable relative to the base. Connecting parts are arranged at the bottom of the side plate, and corresponding base hinging parts are arranged on the protrusion edge of the base, where the connecting parts are hinged to the base hinging parts respectively, thus hinging the side plate to the base.     摘要: A recyclable logistics apparatus which can provide empty and full signals and a method for processing the empty and full signals, belong to the logistics field. The recyclable logistics apparatus at least comprises a bottom (1), a top cover (2), a foldable side panel (3) and a wireless beacon unit (4) for transmitting a broadcast frame outwards; a trigger switch (5) is provided on the bottom (1), the top cover (2) or the side panel (3); when the side panel (3) of the recyclable logistics apparatus is folded, the trigger switch (5) is in a first trigger state and generates a first electrical signal, and the wireless beacon unit (4) transmits an empty signal outwards according to the first electrical signal; when the side panel (3) of the recyclable logistics apparatus is upright, the trigger switch (5) is in a second trigger state and generates a second electrical signal, and the wireless beacon unit (4) transmits a full signal outwards according to the second electrical signal. As respective recyclable logistics apparatus is changed to the folded state and the upright state, an empty signal and a full signal are generated correspondingly and automatically, which significantly reduces the workload and time for performing statistics about using states of recyclable logistics apparatuses.

    摘要: A locking system applicable in a large container comprises a first component, a second component, and a latch (10). The latch (10) is movably received within the first component, and correspondingly the second component is provided with a groove (14) to receive a section of the latch (10) extending from the receiving section of the first component. The locking system also comprises a handle (9). The handle (9) is arranged on the first component via pivot shafts (13) and is allowed to turn towards an outer side of the first component. The handle (9) is provided at a section thereof away from the pivot shaft (13) with male pins (11). The latch (10) is provided with concave profiles in correspondence to the male pin (11). The male pin (11) and the concave profile (12) are engaged to form a sliding pair. Furthermore, the handle (9) and the latch (10) constitute a lever system. The lever system uses the pivot shaft (13) as a fulcrum, the handle (9) as a driving member, and the latch (10) as a driven member, where the distance between a force-exerting section of the handle (9) and the fulcrum is greater than the distance from the sliding pair to the fulcrum. The locking system has the advantages of effortless operation, easy installation, and, when in use, improved conformation of movements to gesture habits of people.

    摘要: Disclosed is a collapsible box, comprising a base (1) and two pairs of opposite side plates. A protrusion edge (10) is provided at the periphery of the base (1). The side plates are hinged to the base and foldable relative to the base (1). Each of the side plates is smooth at both sides thereof and at least one pair of the side plates are each provided with a cavity in lower edges. When a collapsible box (100) is deployed, the lower edges of one pair of side plate are connected with the lower edges of the other pair of side plates so as to form a frame. The frame is hinged to the base (1) by means of hinges, so as to form a reinforced structure which resists the base from depressing and the protrusion edge from recessing. This solution increases the cleaning efficiency of the collapsible box, alleviates the depressing of the base when the box body is loaded, and solves the problem of the collision and damage among goods in upper and lower layers due to the depressing of the base due to multi-layer stacking of collapsible boxes. Further, the safety risk in warehouse storage caused by the failure of stacking due to side plate deformation caused by multi-layer stacking of collapsible boxes and side plates being pressed is avoided. Meanwhile the box has a smaller wall thickness and a higher folding ratio.

    摘要: The invention relates to the field of logistics, and discloses a logistics apparatus and a method for identifying empty/full state of the logistics apparatus, which efficiently and accurately realizes automatic recognition of empty and full state. The invention includes: a base and side plates at four sides; a foldable mechanism being provided between the base and each side plate so that the side plates can be folded toward the base; and a short-range wireless transmitter module and a short-range wireless receiver module being respectively disposed on the base and at least one side plate; the short-range wireless transmitter module is configured to transmit a wireless signal indicating the identification of the logistics apparatus; and an arbiter, configured to determine whether the short-range wireless receiver module can currently receive the identifier transmitted by the short-range wireless transmitting module, and if yes, outputting an electrical signal indicating an empty state, otherwise, outputting an electrical signal indicating a full state.
