摘要： An inertable container (10) for transporting an additive manufacturing powder comprises an inertable volume (12) and a main opening (14) granting access to the inside of this inertable volume, the inertable volume (12) comprising an upper portion (16) and a lower portion (18), the main opening (14) being located in the lower portion (18) of the inertable volume, and the section (S12) of the inertable volume (12) increasing gradually over at least part of the height (H10) of the container (10) and from the lower portion (18) towards the upper portion (16) of the inertable volume. The main opening is equipped with a passive half-valve (20) allowing this main opening (14) to be closed in such a way as to be sealed in an airtight and humidity-proof manner. The container comprises at least two inerting tappings.

摘要： A receptacle is provided for holding a quantity of solid material. The receptacle includes a container having an open end, and a gate operably connected to the container so as to be rotatable to a closed position structured to prevent solid material from exiting the container through the open end. The gate includes a locking arm mounted thereon. A latching mechanism is operably connected to the container and includes a latch rotatable to a latched orientation structured to contact the locking arm to prevent the gate from being rotated out of the closed position. The locking arm is structured to move rearwardly and upwardly during rotation of the gate out of the closed position. The latch is structured so that contact between the latch and the locking arm when the latch is in the latched orientation prevents rearward and upward movement of the locking arm.

摘要： An apparatus for sealing a vacuum tank door. The apparatus comprises a circular flange attached to a door panel of a vacuum tank, a horizontal crossbar connected to the center of the door panel and a lifting assembly. The lifting assembly comprises an upper linkage arm, a lower linkage arm, and a hydraulic cylinder. Activation of the hydraulic cylinder causes the linkage assembly to move downwards pulling on the horizontal crossbar and pulling the vacuum tank door towards the tank. Activation of the hydraulic cylinder also causes a connection point of the lower linkage arm and the upper linkage arm to move over-center of the connection between the lower linkage arm to the to the tank creating a tight seal between the vacuum tank door and the tank.

Sealant is provided along the rim facing surface of the body, the rim facing surface of the body adapted to engage the rim in a vapor-tight seal, and the gasket facing surface adapted to engage the gasket in a vapor-tight seal.

摘要： A seed storage and dispensing bin includes a walled container having a top, a bottom opposite the top, an interior space defined between the top and the bottom and a divider dividing the interior space into first and second separate spaces each sized to receive a plurality of seeds therein. First and second openings are defined in the walled container at or near the bottom thereof, with each opening to a respective one of the first and second spaces. First and second doors are mounted to the container over the first and second openings respectively. Means are provided for moving the first door between open and closed positions thereof, and for moving the second door between open and closed positions thereof. In some embodiments, the same or different cross-sectional areas of the first and second openings may be exposed through selective movement of the first and second doors respectively.

摘要： A directional hopper tee has a fluted interior vertical pipe that merges into a horizontal pipe. The horizontal pipe has an inlet that may receive bulk material, and subject to pressurized air that conveys the bulk material through the hopper tee. Bulk material may be discharged from a hopper through the vertical pipe, for conveyance for discharge from the horizontal pipe of the tee. A closure gate or door is provided through the bottom of the tee, generally in alignment with the vertical pipe, to allow for discharge or dropping of the granular material directly downwardly through and from the tee. The arcuate door is hinged on one side, and is locked by a cam lock on the opposite side, when located into closure against the bottom of the tee, but can be forced opened, through its cam mechanism, to provide for opening of the arcuate door and allow a direct downward discharge of the granular bulk material, from any hopper, and through the drop opening of the tee, as required.

摘要： The present invention relates to a bulk bin for use with a liner bag. The bulk bin includes a sub-structure that is configured to receive forktines of lifting machinery for moving the bulk bin and a collapsible upper assembly that can support a bag with an entrance thereof in an upwardly facing orientation for filling. The bulk bin also includes at least one self supporting stiffened lid, and suitably a pair of lids. The lids may be pivoted from a closed position to an open position by orienting the bin into an inclined position in which the lids can open under gravity.
