摘要: An encoder calculates an indication to a previous reference picture having temporal identity of zero. The encoder creates a first set of indicators to the previous reference picture, to all reference pictures in a first reference picture set of the previous reference picture, and to all pictures following the previous reference picture in decoding order and precede the current picture in decoding order. The encoder sets a flag for picture order count cycle, when a long term reference picture (LTRP) has least significant bits (LSBs) of a picture order count, for which more than one picture in the first set share same value of the LSBs of picture order count as the LTRP. The decoder obtains LSB of a picture order count for a LTRP in a reference picture set of the current picture. The decoder concludes non-compliant bitstream based on indications provided by the flag.

摘要: The invention relates to methods and device for detecting when a mobile terminal is in a state where it is incapable of replying to a message. In a first aspect of the present invention, it is provided a method of detecting, at a mobility node in a communications network, a state where a mobile terminal is incapable of replying to a message. The method comprises receiving the message from a gateway node, and determining whether the mobile terminal is incapable of replying to the message. Further, the method comprises sending a response to the gateway node indicating that the mobile terminal is not yet capable to reply to the message.

摘要: Methods performed by a wireless device and a base station for adapting maximum allowed Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) based on operational occasion periodicity are provided. In examples disclosed herein, a wireless device is configured to determine an operational occasion periodicity of a signal that is subject to CCA. Accordingly, the wireless device can determine an association at least between the determined operational occasion periodicity and a maximum number of allowed CCA failures for communicating the signal. The wireless device can then perform one or more operational tasks based on the determined maximum number of allowed CCA failures. By determining the maximum number of allowed CCA failures, the wireless device can obtain information about downlink CCA failures and use the obtained information for adapting measurements procedures in serving cell operational tasks.

摘要: A novel way for transmitting physical signals by a transmitter node (20, 40) based on the LBT principle, and informing a receiver node (30, 50) in cases where the transmission of the physical signals has been deferred or does not occur in a certain time resource, is presented. A transmitter node (20, 40) listens to a wireless radio channel during a first time resource. If there is no activity, or if the activity is below a threshold, the transmitter node (20, 40), in a second time resource, transmits an indicator indicating that one or more physical signals are also transmitted in the second time resource. A receiver node (30, 50) detects if an indicator is present in the time resource. If the receiver node (30, 50) detects the indicator, the receiver node (30, 50) may also receive and use one or more reference signals in the current time resource for doing one or more tasks.

摘要: According to some embodiments, a method of operation of a transmit node in a wireless communication system comprises performing polar encoding of a set of K information bits to thereby generate a set of polar-encoded information bits. The K information bits are mapped to the first K bit locations in an information sequence SN. The information sequence SN is a ranked sequence of N information bit locations among a plurality of input bits for the polar encoding where N is equivalent to a code length. A size of the information sequence SN is greater than or equal to K. The information sequence SN is optimized for the specific value of the code length (N). The method may further comprise transmitting the set of polar-encoded information bits.

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for determining and using a Transport Block Size (TBS) when two or more Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) base graphs can be used for LPDC coding. In some embodiments, a method comprises determining a Transport Block Size (TBS) for a transport block communicated between a network node and a wireless device via a physical channel transmission using a formula such that code block segmentation of the transport block results in equal sized code blocks independent of which of two different LDPC base graphs is used for the code block segmentation. The method further comprises transmitting or receiving the transport block according to the determined TBS.

In some embodiments, a method of operation of a User Equipment device (UE) in a wireless system comprises performing uplink Listen-Before-Talk (LBT) on one or more candidate carriers for switched carrier SRS transmission and performing a switched carrier SRS transmission on at least one candidate carrier of the one or more candidate carriers that is determined to be available as a result of performing the uplink LBT on the one or more candidate carriers. In some embodiments, the one or more candidate carriers are carriers other than carriers configured for the UE and on which the UE is scheduled to transmit.
