    摘要: The present invention relates to methods for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating diabetes mellitus and the pharmaceutical composition prepared by the methods. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention comprises extracts of the following crude drugs: 5-40 weight parts of Radix Trichosanthis (Tianhuafen), 10-30 weight parts of Radix Bupleuri (Chaihu), 3-15 weight parts of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Zhishi), 1-6 weight parts of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), 1-12 weight parts of Rhizoma Pinelliae (Banxia), 3-15 weight parts of Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), 1-12 weight parts of Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), 3-15 weight parts of Radix Paeoniae Alba (Baishao) and 5-20 weight parts of Fructus Mume (Wumei), and optionally comprises pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. Also, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can further comprise Fructus Crataegi (Shanzha). Additionally, the present invention discloses four methods for preparing the pharmaceutical composition.

    摘要: A process for preparing tanshintotalphenolic acid and the use of the product are disclosed. The process comprises: tanshin is hot-extracted with water, the extract is separated and refined by polyamide column and macroporous adsorption resin column, and lyophilized to obtain tanshintotalphenolic acid. The yield of the final end product is more than 4 percent based on the amount of crude drug and the content of totalphenolic acid is more than 80 percent. The tanshintotalphenolic acid obtained can be used as the medicine for preventing and treating cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases and so on.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases which comprises Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae extract 5.0%-70.0%, Radix Notoginseng extract 10.0%-85.0%, Radix Astragali extract 5.0%-70.0%, and Bomeol or oil of Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae 1.0%-15.0%. The composition is active against cerebral ischemia and myocardial ischemia. The effects are superior to total phenic acid of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae or total saponin of Radix Notoginseng respectively, or the combination thereof. The composition of the invention can provide various kinds of preparations by the addition of various accessories. Thus the invention provides a more effective and convenient composition of TCM effective sections and its preparations.
