摘要: The present invention provides a method for preparing an ester-based material, the method including a step in which in a batch reactor, under a catalyst, at least one polycarboxylic acid selected from the group consisting of a terephthalic acid, a phthalic acid, an isophthalic acid, a cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid, a cyclohexane tricarboxylic acid, a trimellitic acid, and citric acid reacts with at least one mono-alcohol having 3 to 12 alkyl carbon atoms, wherein pressure in the reactor is configured such that the pressure at the early stage is 0.3 barg to 1.0 barg and the pressure at the latter stage is 0 barg to 0.5 barg, the pressure at the early stage being greater than the pressure at the latter stage, and the early and latter stages are divided based on any one of the time points when reaction conversion rate is 30% to 90%.

In a development of the present invention, the ester thus formed is converted into another ester by transesterification.

摘要: The present technology provides a process of reducing, removing or eliminating organohalo, glycidol, and oxirane species from carboxylic acid esters streams and crude and refined triglyceride oils to provide a carboxylic acid ester stream or triglyceride oil with reduced levels or essentially free of organohalo, glycidyl or other oxirane species. The process includes adding to the carboxylic acid ester stream or triglyceride oil an amount of a carboxylate anion and a cation counterion sufficient to react with the organohalo, glycidyl and oxirane species present.

摘要: Provided in the present invention are ingenol compounds and a use thereof in preparing an anti-HIV latency drug. In particular, provided in the present invention is a use of ingenol compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof for preparing a drug for: (a) intervening with HIV viral latency; (b) activating an HIV virus that has been integrated into mammalian genomes; and/or (c) inducing the expression of the dormant HIV provirus in infected cells. The compounds of the present invention may also be used in combination with antiretroviral drugs to accelerate the removal of latent viral reservoirs.

A method for producing a composition comprising a polyunsaturated fatty acid, comprising: supplying an aqueous solution comprising a silver salt into a reaction vessel to contact the aqueous solution with a raw material solution comprising an alkyl ester of the polyunsaturated fatty acid; and collecting the aqueous solution comprising the silver salt which has been contacted with the raw material solution from the reaction vessel, wherein the supply of the aqueous solution comprising the silver salt into the reaction vessel and the collection of the aqueous solution comprising the silver salt from the reaction vessel are carried out concurrently with each other.

摘要: The present invention provides methods for making polymerizable monomer compositions comprising purifying a (b) monomer mixture of (i) one or more monomers having at least two polymerizable vinyl groups and (ii) one or more monomers having a single polymerizable vinyl group as part of a (meth)acrylate ester group by any one or more of treating the monomer mixture in an activated porous alumina or silica column, sieve drying the monomer mixture in a vacuum followed by drying over dried molecular sieves having average pore sizes of from 2 to 20 Angstroms, freeze-pump-thaw (FPT) treating by freezing the monomer mixture in a vessel or container to a temperature below −75° C., degassing the monomer mixture by application of vacuum in the range of 102 to 10−2 Pa, sealing the vessel or container under vacuum, and thawing the composition to room temperature; and, combining in an inert gas atmosphere the resulting monomer mixture (b) with a composition (a) of quantum dots in dry form or organic solvent solution.

The process comprises the steps of reacting with an aliphatic alcohol a triglycerides mixture containing at least one triglyceride of at least one saturated dicarboxylic acid in the presence of one or more catalysts capable of catalyzing the esterification and transesterification reactions, and separating the dialkyl esters of saturated dicarboxylic acids from the reaction mixture thus obtained.

摘要: The present invention relates to kinetic resolution of racemic δ-hydroxyl ester via asymmetric catalytic hydrogenation and an application thereof. In the presence of chiral spiro pyridyl phosphine ligand Iridium catalyst and base, racemic δ-hydroxyl esters were subjected to asymmetric catalytic hydrogenation to obtain extent optical purity chiral δ-hydroxyl esters and corresponding 1,5-diols. The method is a new, efficient, highly selective, economical, desirably operable and environmentally friendly method suitable for industrial production. An optically active chiral δ-hydroxyl ester and 1,5-diols can be obtained at very high enantioselectivity and yield with relatively low usage of catalyst. The chiral δ-hydroxyl ester and 1,5-diols obtained by using the method can be used as a critical raw material for asymmetric synthesis of chiral drugs (R)-lisofylline and natural drugs (+)-civet, (−)-indolizidine 167B and (−)-coniine.
