    摘要: A method of fabricating a thin film transistor array substrate for a liquid crystal display includes the step of forming a gate line assembly with gate lines, gate electrodes and gate pads. After laying a plurality of layers on the substrate, a photoresist film is deposited onto the layers. The photoresist film is first exposed to light at a first light exposing unit, and secondly exposed to light at a second light exposing unit such that the photoresist film has three portions of different thickness. The photoresist pattern, and some of the underlying layers are etched to form a data line assembly, a semiconductor pattern, and an ohmic contact pattern. The data line assembly includes data lines, source and drain electrodes, and data pads. The remaining photoresist film is removed, and a protective layer is formed on the substrate. The protective layer is etched together with the gate insulating layer to form first to third contact holes exposing the drain electrode, the gate pad and the data pad, respectively. Pixel electrodes, subsidiary gate and data pads are then formed.

    摘要: A flat panel display apparatus includes a main plate, an organic light emitting element, a protecting layer and an attachable-detachable layer. The organic light emitting element includes a first electrode, a second electrode corresponding to the first electrode, and an organic light emitting layer disposed between the first and second electrodes to generate a light based on a current that flows between the first and second electrodes through the organic light emitting layer. The organic light emitting element is on the main plate. The protecting layer is on the organic light emitting element to protect the organic light emitting element. The attachable-detachable layer is on the protecting layer. Therefore, an image display quality is improved, and a manufacturing cost is decreased.

    摘要: In a method of fabricating a thin film transistor array substrate for a liquid crystal display, a gate line assembly is formed on a substrate with a chrome-based under-layer and an aluminum alloy-based over-layer while proceeding in the horizontal direction. The gate line assembly has gate lines, and gate electrodes, and gate pads. A gate insulating layer is deposited onto the insulating substrate such that the gate insulating layer covers the gate line assembly. A semiconductor layer and an ohmic contact layer are sequentially formed on the gate insulating layer. A data line assembly is formed on the ohmic contact layer with a chrome-based under-layer and an aluminum alloy-based over-layer. The data line assembly has data lines crossing over the gate lines, source electrodes, drain electrodes, and data pads. A protective layer is deposited onto the substrate, and patterned to thereby form contact holes exposing the drain electrodes, the gate pads, and the data pads. The sidewall of the under-layers for the gate line assembly and the data line assembly is exposed through the contact holes. An IZO-based layer is deposited onto the substrate, and patterned to thereby form pixel electrodes, subsidiary gate pads, and subsidiary data pads. The pixel electrodes are connected to the sidewall of the drain electrodes, and the subsidiary gate and data pads are connected to the sidewall of the gate and the data pads.

The device includes: a memory for storing one or more lookup tables, each lookup table including a plurality of entries, each entry including an input segment and an output segment, wherein the output segment is a system response to the corresponding input segment. The device further includes a processor configured to receive an input data sequence including one or more input segments, and for each of the input segments, retrieve from one of the lookup tables the output segments corresponding to the input segment. The processor is further configured to perform a time-shifted sum of one or more output segments to produce an output sequence that is a downsampled representation of the input data sequence.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display apparatus includes first and second substrates, a liquid crystal layer, a sealing member, and first and second spacers. The first substrate includes a first display part having a pixel electrode formed thereon. The second substrate includes a second display part having a common electrode. The liquid crystal layer is interposed between the first and second substrates. The seal line includes a liquid crystal inlet. The first spacer is disposed between the first and second display parts. The second spacer is disposed near the liquid crystal inlet. The second and third spacers prevent the cell gap of the liquid crystal inlet from being narrowed, so that a liquid crystal material may be injected easily completely. Thus, the liquid crystal material is completely filled to enhance the display quality.
