    摘要: A display device includes a driver circuit monolithically integrated in a display panel. The display panel has a plurality of pixel units and signal lines; and a driver circuit including a first circuit element and a second circuit element integrally formed on the display panel and electrically connected to each other, wherein patterning density of the first circuit element and patterning density of the second circuit element would be substantially different from each other if the first and second circuit elements were laid out as concentrated individual circuit elements, but where the driver layout includes at least two spaced apart first circuit element regions over which the first circuit element is distributively formed and the driver layout includes an interposed second circuit element region in which at least part of the second circuit element is formed.

    摘要: Disclosed are a reflection type LCD and method of manufacturing the same. A wiring layer having a first and second metal layer (102, 104) is formed on a substrate (100) including a display region (D) and a pad region (P). Upon the substrate (100) and the wiring layer is formed a first passivation layer (155), and contacts with a wiring terminal (115) and the first metal layer (102). A second passivation layer (180) is formed on the substrate except the pad region (P). The pad contact hole (160) extends to a position under the second passivation layer (180). The second passivation layer (180) covers a region in the pad contact hole (160) where the step coverage of the pad electrode (170) is poor, thereby preventing a battery effect.

    摘要: An array substrate (100a) includes a transparent substrate (304), a first insulation layer (306) and a pixel electrode (103). The transparent substrate (304) includes a display region (DR) that displays an image, a peripheral region (PR) having a driving circuit (101) for displaying an image through the display region, and a sealine region (SLR) that surrounds the display region (DR) to define the display region and the peripheral region (PR). The first insulation layer (306) is formed over the transparent substrate (304), and the first insulation layer (306) has an opening window (301) in the sealine region (SLR). The pixel electrode (103) is formed on the first insulation layer (306) of the display region (DR). The bonding between a color filter substrate (401) and an array substrate (100a) is improved. Furthermore, liquid crystal material is completely filled into between the color filter substrate and the array substrate.
