摘要: Apparatuses and methods for setting posts of columns in to the ground are provided. Expandable metals in response to hydrolysis that tend to fill in spaces and cavities, even over time, which is a useful feature when setting columns into the ground. A hydrolyzing fluid can be supplied, as necessary, to cause the hydrolysis of the expanding metal, or supplied by ground water. Upon hydrolysis, the expanding metal expands around the column to adhere and grip the column securely, while the metal may also expand outwardly to increase cross-sectional bulk lending to a more overall stabilization of a set column. The expandable metal may be provided as a solid sleeve drivable into the ground with a post, as an auger that can be used to turn a column into the ground or, as a rod that can be driven through the interior of a column into the ground.

摘要: Techniques to store graph information in a database are disclosed. In various embodiments, each node in a graph may be modeled as a micro b-tree. Node identity, attribute, edge, and edge attribute data may be stored in one or more pages modeled on page formats typically used to store index data for a relational database index. Data associated with a plurality of nodes and edges, each of said edges representing a relationship between two or more of said nodes, may be received. For each node, one or more pages of data may be created, each corresponding to a prescribed page size associated with a storage device in which said one or more pages are to be stored, and each page having a data structure that includes a variable-sized set of fixed length data slots and a variable-sized variable length data region.

摘要: The disclosed embodiments include systems and methods to evaluate a formation dip of a formation bedding. The system includes memory configured to store a color image indicative of a log of a formation bedding. The system also includes a processor configured to execute instructions to filter colors of the color image to determine one or more cusps of the formation dip, and cross correlate a reference wave with the one or more cusps of the formation dip to match curvatures of the reference wave with the one or more cusps of the formation dip illustrated in the color image, wherein the curvatures of the reference wave are based on one or more parameters of the formation bedding. The processor is further operable to generate a wave that matches the one or more cusps of the formation dip with the reference wave, where the wave is indicative of the formation dip.

摘要: Disclosed herein are methods and system for redistributing bulk material across a geographical area. A method for providing bulk material for a wellbore operation, the method comprising: forming a logistical model database to determine bulk material required for an at least one wellsite located in a geographical area; acquiring bulk material from a distribution center; verifying the bulk material acquired; and transporting bulk material for the wellbore operation. A method for providing bulk material for a wellbore operation, the method comprising: determining demand for bulk material across a geographical area; collecting data throughout a life cycle of bulk material; transmitting collected data to an off-site network comprising an adaptive machine; analyzing collected data via the off-site network thereby producing an output; providing bulk material to a wellsite based on output. A system comprising: bulk material transport; off-site network comprising an adaptive machine; sensor coupled to the bulk material transport.

摘要: Downhole tractor control systems and methods to adjust a load of a downhole motor to drive one or more wheels of the downhole tractor are disclosed. A method to adjust a load of a downhole motor includes receiving a user input of a desired speed and torque for a plurality of motors, where the plurality of motors powering rotation of wheels of a downhole tractor. The method also includes determining a minimum actual motor speed of the plurality of motors. For at least one motor of the plurality of motors, the method includes determining a power controller output and determining a torque controller output. The method further includes adjusting a voltage source invertor based on a lesser of the power controller output and the torque controller output to modulate voltage provided to the at least one motor.

摘要: In various aspects, a method, system and computer program product provides for concurrent changes to data of a document or a file by a plurality of users at a plurality of user devices. The documents or file may be rendered in JavaScript™ Object Notation (JSON) format. The documents may be patched or changed by employing new functional operations for applying metadata for elements of the arrays associated with the document or file, and to merge changes from made among the various users. The disclosure provides for maintaining and producing new versions of the document or the file, the changes controlled so that data of the arrays are merged atomically and the updates do not fail permitting simultaneous changes to the document or file by multiple users.

摘要: A well barrier plug and disconnect system for use during drilling operations in wellbore environments. The system comprises of a liner hanger, valve, and a drilling assembly coupled to a liner hanger running tool. The system is used to performing drilling operations in downhole wellbore environments with high risk of uncontrollable losses, cavernous zones, karst formations, or well control issues. In the event the well is on uncontrollable losses or a well control issue occurs, the liner hanger can be set into the downhole wellbore casing and a valve connected below the liner hanger can be closed creating a barrier plug in the well. Further disconnecting the liner hanger running tool from the liner hanger, valve, and drilling assembly allows retrieval of the upper drilling assembly section from the well.

摘要: The embodiments include methods and tools to activate downhole apparatuses. In one embodiment, a hydrostatic pressure intensifier includes a housing having at least two different internal cross-sectional surface areas. The housing includes a device mounted on the housing and operable to actuate in response to being subject to a threshold amount of pressure. The housing also includes a first piston housed in a first chamber of the housing, where the first piston has a first cross-sectional area and a first stroke length, and a second piston housed in a second chamber of the housing, where the second piston has a second cross-sectional area and a second stroke length, and where the first cross-sectional area is greater than the second cross-sectional area. The hydrostatic pressure intensifier also includes a fluid flow restrictor that restricts fluid flow through the valve to control an amount of pressure applied by the first piston.
