摘要： In accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure, an extrusion prevention ring for a liner hanger system is disclosed. The liner hanger includes an elongate body, a first groove in the elongate body, a first extrusion prevention ring disposed about the elongate body and selectively deformable between a first configuration, where the first extrusion prevention ring is moveable along the length of the elongate body, and a second configuration, where the first extrusion prevention ring is deformed to be received within the first groove, and a seal member disposed about the elongate body and adjacent to the first extrusion prevention ring when the first extrusion prevention ring is in the second configuration, the first extrusion prevention ring configured to prevent movement of the seal member along the length of the elongate body.

The running tool having a collapsed and expanded state, a tubular positioned around the centralizer to hold the centralizer in the collapsed state, a release assembly maneuverable to release the tubular causing the centralizer to enter into an expanded state, and a cleaning device for cleaning walls of the well casing. The cleaning device includes at least one of a scraper, magnet, brush, and a high flow rate circulation valve for channeling fluid from the running string into the well casing. The centralizer functions as a stabilizer in the expanded state protecting the running tool during operation.

摘要： A method for reverse circulation cementing of a liner in a wellbore extending through a subterranean formation is presented. A running tool with expansion cone, annular isolation device, and reverse circulation assembly is run-in with a liner. The annular isolation device is set against the casing. A valve, such as a dropped-ball valve, opens reverse circulation ports for the cementing operation. The liner annulus is cemented using reverse circulation. An expandable liner hanger, if present, is expanded into engagement with the casing. The running tool is released and pulled from the hole.

摘要： A well barrier plug and disconnect system for use during drilling operations in wellbore environments. The system comprises of a liner hanger, valve, and a drilling assembly coupled to a liner hanger running tool. The system is used to performing drilling operations in downhole wellbore environments with high risk of uncontrollable losses, cavernous zones, karst formations, or well control issues. In the event the well is on uncontrollable losses or a well control issue occurs, the liner hanger can be set into the downhole wellbore casing and a valve connected below the liner hanger can be closed creating a barrier plug in the well. Further disconnecting the liner hanger running tool from the liner hanger, valve, and drilling assembly allows retrieval of the upper drilling assembly section from the well.
