The method includes determining a position detail profile for the target position based on background details of users currently in a role corresponding to the target position, automatically determining a set of position-detail keywords for a search query to find one or more candidates for the target position, automatically prioritizing the set of position-detail keywords based on at least one of a frequency of occurrence of the keywords in the background details of the users currently to obtain a prioritized set of keywords, executing a search query based on the prioritized set of keywords to obtain a candidate list, determining a compatibility score between candidates in the candidate list, ordering the candidate list based on the compatibility scores of candidates.

摘要： An electronic evaluation device and method thereof for optimizing an operation of computer-controlled metric appliances in a network. The method includes determining whether a fault associated with computer-controlled metric appliance is valid based on a feedback received in real time from a validation entity and updating pre-defined programmable instructions assigned to the computer-controlled metric appliance in response to determining that the fault is invalid. The predefined programmable instructions are used to determine whether the computer-executable metric is achieved or not. 摘要： A wind energy harvesting machine with three counter-rotating rotors in a duct is disclosed. The wind energy harvesting machine includes a tower, a duct, a counter-rotating generator with two rotary parts, and three groups of blades. The duct includes supporting static stators in front and rear and a static nose cone in the front. The counter-rotating generator has a main shaft and rotary interior and exterior parts to rotating in opposite directions. Three rotary blade groups including front and rear blade groups rotatable around the main shaft in the same direction, and a middle blade group rotatable in an opposite direction. The front and rear blade groups are displaceable axially along the main shaft and the middle blade group is fixed on the exterior part of the counter-rotating generator.

摘要： A device to provide sterilized and purified breathable air and to disinfect exhaled air and includes a housing having a first and second opening. The housing includes at least one partition having a plurality of holes, and within the housing such that a plurality of compartments is formed between the first opening and the second opening, and at least one ultraviolet (UV) light source positioned in each of the plurality of compartments. The UV light source is UVC LED lights to emit UVC light of a predefined wavelength within the plurality of compartments to sterilize and purify the air while flowing through the housing. The device includes a mask fluidically coupled to the second opening of the housing using a flexible second pipe to provide the purified air. The device includes one-way valves at the second opening of the housing, and two one-way valves at the outlets of the mask.
