Abstract:
A light-emitting diode (LED) lamp for a vehicle and a method of manufacturing the same use MID and magnetic induction technologies. The LED lamp includes a LED module, a housing accommodating the LED module, and a molded interconnect device (MID) electrode formed on a surface of the housing. The LED module may be mounted on the MID electrode by soldering using magnetic induction heating, the housing may be an injection molded product, and the MID electrode may be formed on the housing using a MID process.
Abstract:
Proposed is a haptic reactive electrical switch including: a movable part including a floating panel having a touch area to which a user's touch is input and a holder coupled to the floating panel; a fixed part including a substrate and a casing configured to accommodate the substrate and be provided with at least two damping members; a vibration transmission plate configured to be interposed between the holder and the casing, thereby interconnecting the movable part and the fixed part; and an actuator configured to be operated to vibrate the holder and the vibration transmission plate coupled to the holder in a horizontal direction according to a user's touch input, wherein each of the damping members is configured in a form of a single object integrated into the casing, and an end part of one side thereof protrudes to a portion above the casing.

A card-type smart key includes: a PCB substrate on which components are mounted; and an EMC case which is coupled to the component mounting surface of the PCB substrate, wherein the EMC case is formed by: fixing the component non-mounting surface of the PCB substrate onto a lower plate of a mold after bringing the component non-mounting surface into close contact with the lower plate; covering the component mounting surface of the PCB substrate with an upper plate of the mold, leaving a preset space; and inputting a molding material into the preset space.
Abstract:
A multi-print film having a multi-layer structure in which a first recognition mark and a second recognition mark are separately displayed. The multi-print film may include a first printed layer on which the first recognition mark configured to transmit the wavelength of a first light source, but to not transmit the wavelength of a second light source is printed and a second printed layer on which the second recognition mark configured to transmit the wavelength of the second light source, but to not transmit the wavelength of the first light source is printed.

A method of manufacturing interior parts for a vehicle includes: forming a first plating layer on a surface of an injection molded product through electroless plating; printing a symbol part on the first plating layer; partially removing the first plating layer to a size corresponding to the symbol part from a rear surface of the injection molded product; forming a second plating layer on the first plating layer; and removing the symbol part and the first plating layer from the surface of the injection molded product on which the second plating layer is formed.
Abstract:
A multi-directional operation switch structure seeks to improve the reliability of a product by minimizing tolerances that need to be managed by making two regions guiding the sliding movement of a slider to be formed by one holder in a switch structure in which a knob is configured on the outside of a casing, and the slider and a holder connected to the knob are inside the casing. Especially, the present disclosure can improve structural stability due to a double support structure and ensure reliability of slider movement by allowing the holder as well as the casing to withstand pressure resulting from external forces. In addition, the present disclosure can simplify a coupling structure and a support structure by configuring the slider to be coupled to the holder in a rotational manner, and the coupled slider to be limited in rotation by the casing.
Abstract:
A method for detecting a touch input can include: scanning at least one function touch button of the touch input device and at least one comparison touch button of the touch input device; determining whether an expected touch input corresponds to an intention of a user or to a first environmental change causing the change in capacitance generated by the at least one function touch button; comparing the change in capacitance generated by the at least one function touch button with the change in capacitance generated by the at least one comparison touch button; and determining whether the expected touch input is a determined touch input corresponding to the intention of the user or a touch input corresponding to a second environmental change based on the comparison.
