摘要: An OBC controller for vehicle, a system including the same, and a method thereof are provided. The OBC controller includes a measurement device that measures a voltage of each phase of a three-phase OBC and a controller that calculates an impedance of each phase using a voltage of each phase. The voltage is measured before charging of the three-phase OBC starts. The controller also calculates a charging amount for each phase, the charging amount corresponding to the impedance of each phase, and adjusts charging based on the calculated charging amount for each phase.

摘要: A supplementary charging system for an auxiliary battery of an eco-friendly vehicle includes: a main battery; an auxiliary battery having a voltage lower than a voltage of the main battery; a low voltage DC-DC converter (LDC) stepping down the voltage of the main battery and providing the stepped-down voltage to the auxiliary battery; and a controller configured to select, when a periodic charge time of the auxiliary battery arrives, either a constant voltage charging method or a constant current charging method as a charging method based on an aging state of the auxiliary battery, and control the LDC to charge the auxiliary battery with a constant voltage or a constant current based on the selected charging method for a predetermined reference time. The controller terminates the charging when a cumulative charge current amount is greater than or equal to a predetermined reference cumulative charge current amount.

摘要: A cooling control system and method for an on-board charger of a plug-in vehicle drive an electric water pump using a cooling control map when the temperature of the on-board charger equipped in a plug-in vehicle is equal to or above an overheat prevention temperature. The cooling control system and the method determine an entry of an optimal cooling control mode to cool the on-board charger to a temperature at which charging operational efficiency is maximized when the temperature of the on-board charger is below the overheat prevention temperature. Thereby, the on-board charger is cooled and the standard charging efficiency and the charge depletion fuel economy of the plug-in vehicle is maximized.

摘要: A plug-in vehicle capable of wired-charging a battery through a charging connector using an external charger and a method for controlling the same are provided. The method for controlling charging of a vehicle configured to perform a charging operation using external power includes determining whether a refrigerant circulation device operates normally and the amount of refrigerant is normal when a temperature sensor of a charger malfunctions. When the refrigerant circulation device operates normally and the amount of refrigerant is normal, a temperature of the charger is estimated using a temperature of a heat dissipation device through which the refrigerant passes and the output of the charger is adjusted based on the estimated temperature.
