摘要: Electronic messages, such as email messages, may be classified according to classification rules by a client application operating on a client device. Messages may be classified according to whether and how they are to be displayed in various user interfaces of the client device. A centralized classification service may maintain a centralized and dynamic rules ledger having aggregated rule entries for a group of users. The centralized classification service may update the dynamic rules ledger based on receiving and aggregating user classification preferences received from client devices. The dynamic rules ledger may be used to automatically enable, disable, and/or edit classification rules on one or more client devices.

摘要: Described herein is a method, for managing creation and publication of a document in a documentation management system (DMS), that includes causing display of a first graphical user interface (GUI) on a first client device. The method includes authenticating a first user of the first client device, and causing display of an author view of a hierarchical document structure in a navigational pane of the first GUI. The method includes saving content received in an editor pane of the first GUI as a page in the DMS and associating the first user as an author of the page. The method includes generating a document entry displayed with a draft status indicator corresponding to the draft status of the page. The method includes causing display of a reader-view of the hierarchical document structure on a second GUI with the content of the page displayed in accordance with the draft status.

摘要: Techniques for identifying similarity between a primary content item and candidate content items are disclosed. The techniques include receiving a similarity request from a client device, the similarity request including contextual data about a primary content item; determining a vector number for the primary content item using the contextual data; identifying candidate content items based on the contextual data; retrieving vector numbers for the identified candidate content items; computing a distance between the vector number of the primary content item and the vector number of each of the candidate content items; ranking the candidate content items based on their computed distance from the primary content item; and selecting at least a subset of the ranked candidate content items as similar content items and communicating the selected subset of the ranked candidate content items to the client device for display on a display of the client device.

摘要: Described herein is a computer-implemented method. The method comprises receiving an operation notification in respect of a gated operation from a change requesting system, determining an issue type associated with the gated operation, and creating an issue of the determined issue type. The method further comprises determining that the issue has transitioned state from a pending workflow state to a particular operation resolution workflow state and, in response, generating an operation resolution message which is communicated to the change requesting system.

摘要: Systems and methods for identifying and transacting with accounts across multiple external systems using inter-system account identifiers, without exposing internal account identifiers of an originating system, are disclosed. An example method, executed by the originating system, includes generating a first and a second inter-system account identifier based on a first and a second request, respectively, received at the originating system from a first and a second external system, respectively, that provide different services to an internal account of the originating system. The first and second inter-system account identifiers are communicated to the first and the second external system, respectively. When a data communication including the first inter-system account identifier and payload data is received from the first external system, the first internal account is retrieved using the first inter-system account identifier, the payload data is associated with the first internal account, and stored in an originating system data store.

摘要: Described herein are systems, methods and computer-readable media for maintaining a configurable project hierarchy. The method includes establishing a project hierarchy with multiple hierarchy levels including first and second hierarchy levels. The first level has an associated issue type. The method further includes receiving a request to change the hierarchy level of the first issue type to the second level. In response to receiving this request, the method includes: accessing from a data store, a hierarchy-issue type association record of the first issue type including an identifier of the first issue type and a current hierarchy level identifier; creating a new hierarchy-issue type association data record including the identifier of the first issue type and a new hierarchy level identifier corresponding to the second hierarchy level; and associating the first issue type with the second hierarchy level by storing the new hierarchy/issue type association data record in the data store.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses, or computer program products provide for managing collaborative applications using a distributed ledger. A request from a first user identifier to commit a candidate transaction associated with at least a portion of a collaborative document to a distributed ledger is received. Additionally, a confirmation indicator is received from a second user identifier to commit the candidate transaction associated with at least the portion of the collaborative document to the distributed ledger. In response to the request from the first user identifier and the confirmation indictor from the second user identifier satisfying defined authorization criteria, a candidate transaction data structure for the candidate transaction is generated and execution of a smart contract of the distributed ledger is caused to add the candidate transaction data structure to the distributed ledger and render at least the portion of the collaborative document associated with the candidate transaction immutable.
