摘要： A stand includes a main housing having a power supply cavity and a control cavity in which a power supply and controller are respectively housed. The main housing also includes access ports for external connection with the power supply. The stand also includes a leg assembly attached to a first side wall of the main housing, the leg assembly allowing for outward extension of a first leg and a second leg to increase the stability of the stand. The stand further includes a telescoping mast attached to the main housing. The telescoping mast includes a mount for the selective attachment of a functional device thereto. A power and control conduit connects the power supply and mount for the transmission of electric power and control signals to the functional device.

摘要： An electrically conductive confined space ventilation conduit formed of a substantially rigid non-metallic conductive material, such as plastic, and a related process for ventilating an enclosure accessed by a manhole or other port. In one embodiment, the conduit has a pair of outer cylindrical sections and a central section having a cross-sectional shape of a crescent or a segment of a circle where it passes through a port to provide a minimum of obstruction for men and equipment passing through the port. Intermediate sections of varying cross-section connect the central section to the cylindrical outer sections so that the outer sections are offset from the axis of the manhole. The central section is preferably configured to obstruct no more than about 10 percent of a standard manhole opening, while causing either no air flow rate reduction, or a reduction of no more than about 10 percent as compared to the flow rate through a cylindrical conduit similar to said outer sections. The conduit is preferably formed of a conductive or electrically dissipative polyethylene polymer material to allow static electricity to be conducted from the conduit to ground. In a preferred embodiment, a connecting device for connecting the conduit to electrical ground is connected to the conduit. A grounding circuit kit and method of grounding the conduit is also disclosed.

The telescoping mast assembly is operatively connected to a telescopically extendible mast for selective retraction of said extendible mast for storage inside of the interior of the case. The mast further includes a mount for at least one functional device. The mount permits a functional device attached thereto to have multiple degrees of freedom of motion.

摘要： A gas cylinder cart includes a frame, a first control assembly composed of a first control panel wall and a first gas distribution assembly, a second control assembly composed of a second control panel wall and a second gas distribution assembly, and a central manifold connected to each of the first and second control assemblies. The central manifold includes a valve assembly allowing for connection of both the first and second control assemblies to gas cylinders, connection of only one of the first and second control assemblies to gas cylinders, or connection of the first and/or second control assemblies to remote gas sources. Inclusion of the first and second control assemblies within the gas cylinder cart allows for use of the gas cylinder cart in conjunction with different systems that might require different control assemblies.

摘要： A duct canister for attachment to an axial fan includes a canister body having a first end with a first opening, a second end with a second opening, and a side wall extending between the first end and the second end of the canister body. The canister body includes an enclosed space defined by an interior surface of the side wall in which a duct is selectively stored for later extension and use. The second opening at the second end of the canister body is selectively covered by a cover member. A hinge assembly attaches the cover member to the second end of the canister body in a manner allowing one to selectively pivot the cover member between a closed configuration with the cover member fully covering the second opening and an opened configuration, wherein the opened configuration includes rotating the cover member 90 degrees from the closed configuration so as to open the second opening or rotating the cover member 180 degrees to a position beneath the canister body.
