    摘要: An anode for a direct liquid fuel cell in which hydrogen gas is generated as a result of a fuel oxidation or decomposition reaction. The surface of the anode which is intended to face the electrolyte chamber of the fuel cell is substantially completely covered with a polymeric material which prevents at least about 80% of the generated hydrogen gas to pass through the polymeric material into the electrolyte chamber.     摘要: A conductive polymer capacitor includes an anode formed from a porous metal body having an anode lead extending therefrom. A dielectric layer is formed by oxidizing a surface of the anode. A solid electrolyte is formed on the dielectric layer and includes first and second polymer layers. The second conductive polymer layer includes a polyaniline layer formed by dipping the metal body having the first conductive layer thereon into a solution of doped polyaniline dissolved in an organic solvent.
