    摘要: Methods and systems generate a manufacturing test of a programmable integrated circuit and optionally test the programmable integrated circuit with the manufacturing test. A netlist is generated that represents a specific user design implemented in programmable resources of the programmable integrated circuit. The netlist represents user registers that are implemented in a portion of the logic registers of the programmable logic resources. A virtual scan chain is added to the netlist. Scan-test vectors are generated from the netlist using automatic test pattern generation (ATPG). The scan-test vectors serially scan the portion of the logic registers via the virtual scan chain. The scan-test vectors are converted into access-test vectors that access the portion of the logic registers via a configuration port of the programmable integrated circuit. The programmable integrated circuit is optionally tested for a manufacturing defect with the access-test vectors.

    摘要: An electrically operated door lock has a pair of pivotally mounted jaws (12, 13) which can be moved towards and away from each other to capture and release the end of a bolt or style (11). The bolt or style moves in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the jaws. The jaws are locked in the captive position by a cam (39) which is controlled by a low power electric motor (81). The motor has three positions corresponding to release, locking and deadlocking of the jaws, the jaws being releasable by a handle (49) in the locked position but not when deadlocked. An electronic control system is used to control the motor, and the lock can be released using an electronic coded proximity key.

    摘要: A cleaning system 210 having nozzle assembly 10 for a pressured fluid stream entrained with abrasive that includes a pressured fluid receiving portion 15 adapted to accommodate a pressured fluid dispenser 20. An abrasive entrainment chamber 25 is oriented to accept pressured fluid jetted thereacross from the pressured fluid dispenser. The abrasive entrainment chamber is adapted to establish a venturi suction responsive to pressured fluid being jetted thereacross. An access port 30 is provided in fluid communication with the abrasive entrainment chamber for permitting suction of abrasive into the abrasive entrainment chamber for entrainment in a pressured fluid being jetted thereacross. A spray enclosure 35 is positioned at the abrasive entrainment chamber and oriented to receive pressured fluid dispensed from the pressured fluid dispenser at the pressured fluid receiving portion. The spray enclosure is configured to substantially conform to a spray pattern 40 of pressured fluid jetted from the pressured fluid dispenser with minimized influence on the spray pattern at side-edge portions 45 thereof for promoting substantially uniform dispersion of pressured fluid and abrasive across the spray pattern.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for effecting the continuous reliable supply of sodium bicarbonate particles to a blasting nozzle employing pressured air or water for conveying such particles into contact with a surface to be cleaned. The apparatus includes a hopper at atmospheric pressure and a removable orifice through which the abrasive particles are directed from the hopper to an open ended pipe. One end of the pipe is connected to a media conveying line and a venturi passage provided in a blast nozzle whereby a pressurized fluid passing through the venturi passage creates a suction force in the conveying line and the pipe such that atmospheric air and abrasive particles are drawn from the air pipe to the blast nozzle. The amount of air flow permitted through the pipe can be adjusted by a valve to control the vacuum within the conveying line and along with the particle feeding orifice controls the concentration of abrasive particles in the air stream directed to the nozzle.

    摘要: A method and apparatus are disclosed that simplify and reduce the time required for detecting faults in a programmable device such as a programmable logic device (PLD) by utilizing fault coverage information corresponding to a plurality of test patterns for the PLD to reduce the set of potential faults. For one embodiment, each test pattern is designated as either passing or failing, the faults that are detectable by at least two failing test patterns and the faults that are not detectable by any passing test patterns are eliminated, and the remaining faults are diagnosed. For another embodiment, the faults detectable by each failing test pattern are diagnosed to generate corresponding fault sets, and the faults not common to the fault sets and not detectable by one or more of the failing test patterns are eliminated.
