摘要: A method and an apparatus for producing a chemical compound from biomass based raw material. The bio-mass based raw material is gasified in a gasification device for forming a gasification gas, the gasification gas is treated in the reactor which includes at least one catalyst layer including Fe-based catalyst for forming a hydrocarbon composition, at least one hydrocarbon fraction including olefins is recovered from the hydrocarbon composition, and a chemical compound is formed from the hydrocarbon fraction. Further, the invention relates to the produced chemical compound.

摘要: A method for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, the method including: 1) gasifying a raw material to obtain a crude syngas including H2, CO and CO2; 2) electrolyzing a saturated NaCl solution using a chloralkali process to obtain a NaOH solution, H2 and H2; 3) removing the CO2 in the crude syngas using the NaOH solution obtained in 2) to obtain a pure syngas; and 4) insufflating the H2 obtained in 2) to the pure syngas to adjust a mole ratio of CO/H2 in the pure syngas, and then introducing the pure syngas for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction. A device for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis includes a gasification device, an electrolyzer, a first gas washing device, and a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor.

摘要: The invention pertains to a method for processing a Fischer-Tropsch off-gas wherein Fischer-Tropsch off-gas is contacted with a wash fluid in a scrubber, and wherein the wash fluid is recycled in a closed loop with a dedicated scrubber, stripper and splitter. The wash fluid preferably is kerosene or LDF. The C3+ hydrocarbons that are recovered from the off-gas are, together with other Fischer-Tropsch product, subjected to hydrocracking or hydrocracking/hydroisomerization. Additionally, hydrogen is recovered from the off-gas.

摘要: A method of processing raw oil sands material that includes bitumen. The method includes, in a predistillation process, heating the raw oil sands material to between approximately 535° C. and at least approximately 600° C. to at least partially vaporize the bitumen, to provide atmospheric gas oil and vacuum gas oil from the bitumen, and to provide coked oil sands material that includes carbon-heavy hydrocarbons and sand. The coked oil sands material is heated to approximately 900° C., to produce a dry barren hot oil sands material and syngas including hydrogen and carbon monoxide gases. Heat energy is transferred from at least a portion of the barren hot oil sands material to the raw oil sands material.

摘要: Techniques, systems and material are disclosed for transport of energy and/or materials. In one aspect, a method includes generating gaseous fuel (e.g., from biomass dissociation) at a first location of a low elevation. The gaseous fuel can be self-transported in a pipeline to a second location at a higher elevation than the first location by traveling from the first location to the second location without adding energy of pressure. A liquid fuel can be generated at the second location of higher elevation by reacting the gaseous fuel with at least one of a carbon donor, a nitrogen donor, and an oxygen donor harvested from industrial waste. The liquid fuel can be delivered to a third location of a lower elevation than the second location while providing pressure or kinetic energy.
