A first distance between the entry end and the exit end defines a length of the waveguide and a second distance between the first and the second inner face defines a thickness of the waveguide. The exit end may be arranged opposite to the entry end and a central plane of the waveguide may extend centrally from the entry end to the exit end. The first inner face comprises a continuously curved, concave shape so that a third distance between the first inner face and the central plane varies continuously from the entry end in the direction of the exit end.

摘要: A vibration welding device has a first tool being with a vibration welding head arranged at a first support, wherein the vibration welding head vibrates in use in a first plane, and the first tool receives a first component, a second tool arranged at a second support, wherein the second tool receives a second component or a stack of welded components. A clamping arrangement having at least two oppositely arranged clamping devices, each having a clamping surface which is moveable along the first axis between a clamping position and open position, wherein in the clamping position, movement of the second component or the stack of welded components at least along the first axis is hindered during vibration welding.

At least one drive system is connected at a first end to the first section and at a second end to the second section, as well as at least one elastic guiding system by which the first section and the second section are connected to one another. The first section and the second section are movable relative to each other along only one axis due to at least one elastic guiding system, so that an axial length of the arrangement can be varied. 摘要: A plastic welding device for the automatic welding of at least three components comprises at least one first tool, at least one second tool and at least one transfer device. A first component is positionable on the first tool. The first and the second tool are movable relative to each other in order to weld the first component with a second component. The transfer device is movable relative to at least one of the tools and with it at least one third component is automatically feedable to one of the tools. In this manner, the at least one third component is weldable with the compound made up of the first and second components via the first and the second tool or via the first or the second tool in combination with the third tool.

摘要: A method for connecting first and second plastic parts by a laser transmission bonding wherein the first plastic part absorbs laser light and the second plastic part is made of transparent plastic. The method includes the following steps: positioning the first plastic part in a first tool, positioning the second plastic part in a second tool so that the first plastic part and the second plastic part are spaced from each other thereby preventing mutual heat exchange between the parts, directing laser light through the second plastic part onto a connection zone of the first plastic part whereby the first plastic part is heated at least within the connection zone, after heating the first plastic part, moving the second plastic part into contact with the first plastic part, so that the second plastic part is firmly bonded to the first plastic part.
