    摘要: This invention provides a laser welding method in which a state where the irradiation energy density becomes excessively high by a plurality of times of irradiation with laser is not caused and a defect, such as a hole, does not occur in a workpiece. In order to achieve the object, a laser welding method for welding a plurality of workpieces by irradiating the workpieces in a stacked state with a laser beam is characterized in that, when the laser beam is reciprocatingly emitted along a fixed welding line, the irradiation positions of a start end A and a termination end A″ of the irradiation are shifted away from each other so that the irradiation energy can be dispersed. Moreover, when the laser beam is emitted a plurality of times in the same direction along the fixed welding line, the irradiation positions of the start ends or/and the termination ends of the irradiation are shifted away from each other so that the irradiation energy can be dispersed.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a welding method includes preparing a welding member that includes aluminum. The welding method includes welding a weld area of a surface of the welding member by irradiating a laser on the weld area in a state in which a gas including oxygen is supplied to the weld area. A concentration of the oxygen in the gas is not less than 1.5 vol % and not more than 10 vol %. The weld area includes aluminum oxide after the irradiating of the laser.

    摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing a molded product that can reduce problems on a reinforcing plate during pressing. In one aspect of the present disclosure, the method of manufacturing a molded product includes welding a first metal plate overlaid with a second metal plate to the second metal plate; and pressing the first metal plate and the second metal plate together. In the pressing, a base surface and a wall surface are formed on the first metal plate; the wall surface is disposed to cross the base surface. In the welding, a first welding is performed on a reinforcing portion of the second metal plate that is overlaid on an area of the first metal plate that is formed into the wall surface; and subsequently, a second welding is performed in a direction crossing a direction of the first welding.
