摘要： Receptor components for IL-10 are isolated and characterized. The amino acid sequence and nucleic acid encoding various species variants of the receptors are disclosed. Uses of the purified receptor gene and polypeptide are disclosed, including means for screening for agonists and antagonists of the receptor ligands, for producing diagnostic or therapeutic reagents, and for producing antibodies. Therapeutic or diagnostic reagents and kits are also provided.
