摘要: An approach is provided for fast processing of data files. A plurality of records are received from a source system. The records are validated against a predetermined data source. An error notification is generated based on the validation. The validated records are partitioned based on a unique parameter. The partitioned records are transformed according to a format specified by a target system. The transformed records are selectively corrected.

摘要: A content processing device is configured to receive a media stream via a network. The media stream may be analyzed to detect whether an anomaly is present in the media stream indicative of a potential quality defect in playback of the media stream. Data relating to a detected anomaly may be provided to a destination via the network.

摘要: An approach is provided for migrating data. Data is received from a plurality of source systems. The received data is processed for conversion to a target system. A failure condition associated with the processing is detected. An action is selectively initiated from a point of failure corresponding to the detected failure condition. The action includes either retrying the processing, aborting the processing, initiating simulation of the process, forcing completion of the processing, or a combination thereof.

摘要: A system for and method of for detecting a non-functional battery back-up unit (BBU) of an optical network terminal is presented. The system and method may include receiving power outage data associated with a plurality of customer sites, receiving, from each of the plurality of customer sites, discharge time data associated with a battery via a network, calculating a mean discharge time based on the discharge time data, comparing the discharge time data associated with each battery to the mean discharge time, determining that each battery that is associated with discharge time data that indicates a discharge time value that is less than the mean discharge time is faulty, and outputting a data signal that indicates that a battery is faulty.

摘要: A method and apparatus for improved approaches for uttering the spelling of words and phrases over a communication session is described. The method includes determining a character to produce a first audio signal representing a phonetic utterance of the character, determining a code word that starts with a code word character identical to the character, and generating a second audio signal representing an utterance of the code word, wherein the first audio signal and the second audio signal are provided over a communication session for detection of the character.
