    摘要: Disclosed is a spiral inductor formed on a semiconductor substrate. The spiral inductor comprises: a metal line forming a spiral pattern on a substrate using conductors having different widths and having open or short-type stubs at one side of each of the conductors; and switching means connection-controlled in accordance with a selection signal for adjusting an inductance and selectively connecting the conductors of the different widths of the metal line. According to the invention, the open or short-type stubs may be formed at one sides of each of the conductors, thereby inducing a parasitic capacitance or parasitic inductance. Based on the inducement of the parasitic capacitance or inductance and selectively connection of the conductors to one another through switching means, it is possible to accurately control a whole inductance value of the spiral inductor, depending on use purposes.

    摘要: Disclosed is an electret condenser microphone which reinforces electrostatic discharge protection and noise isolation by adding a series of components in the electret condenser microphone. According to the present invention, it is possible to block TDMA noise by embodying an RC circuit using series resistors and a varistor having a capacitor component in an electret condenser microphone, and to provide ESD protection effect when testing air or contact ESD by mounting two transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes. It is possible to block RF noises in various frequency bands, and to reduce TDMA noise level when making a call with a maximum power level, by applying an electret condenser microphone for ESD protection and noise isolation to a mobile communication terminal. Further, since the electret condenser microphone according to the invention uses an internal analog ground, an artwork of a PCB substrate or isolations from other parts is possible.

In a mobile communication terminal having a power management chip for converting a sinusoidal wave oscillated in a crystal into a clock signal of square wave, the sinusoidal wave is converted into a square wave clock signal by the stabilized driving power having no alternating current components, and thus a power noise of the square wave clock signal is removed. Then, the square wave clock signal having the power noise removed therefrom is outputted after a predetermined delay time. Accordingly, it is possible to supply the clock signal having the Long term jitter noise removed therefrom and synchronized to each device in the mobile communication terminal.

    摘要: An electret condenser microphone reinforces electrostatic discharge protection and noise isolation by adding a series of components in the electret condenser microphone. It is possible to block TDMA noise by embodying an RC circuit using series resistors and a varistor having a capacitor component in an electret condenser microphone, and to provide ESD protection effect when testing air or contact ESD by mounting two transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes. It is possible to block RF noises in various frequency bands, and to reduce TDMA noise level when making a cal with a maximum power level, by applying an electret condenser microphone for ESD protection and noise isolation to a mobile communication terminal.
