摘要： A garment based airway clearance system for mobilizing secretions in a patient's airway and related methods are disclosed. The garment based airway clearance system comprises a therapy chamber mounted substantially around the circumference of the garment such that inflation of the therapy chamber causing a compressive force to be applied on the thorax or chest of the wearer of the garment.
