The fuel flow-rate regulating valve includes a housing with a fuel inlet port and a fuel outlet port, a valve mechanism for controlling the flow rate of the fuel from the inlet port to the outlet port, and a regulating mechanism for regulating a backpressure to control the position of a needle valve of the valve mechanism in response to a system pressure, to thereby control the flow rate by controlling the fuel flow through an opening provided in a valve chamber. This arrangement makes it difficult for contamination to accumulate, and also enables a low-cost implementation.

    摘要: In a negative pressure boosting device of the present invention, upon depression of a pedal at a normal speed, an input shaft 11 and a valve plunger 10 move forward to close a vacuum valve 15 and open an atmospheric Valve 16 and a power piston 5, a valve body 4, and an output shaft 24 move forward. In the initial stage of operation, hooks 27c and 31a are not engaged with each other so that a cylindrical member 27 does not move forward, thereby shortening the stroke of the input shaft 11 as compared to a conventional one. Upon rapid depression of the pedal, a press face 10a presses a pressed face 27e so as to deform an engaging arm portion 27b, thereby disengaging the hooks 27c and 31a from each other. The cylindrical member 27 is moved backward by a spring 30 to push a vacuum valve portion 12b so that the atmospheric valve portion 12a is spaced apart from the atmospheric valve seat 14 more rapidly than that of the service braking, thereby increasing the jumping amount and thus rapidly intensifying the output.

The accumulator fuel injection system of the present invention comprises the low pressure pump 3 for delivering fuel under pressure from a fuel tank 2, the high pressure pump 5 for changing the fuel from the low pressure pump 3 into high pressure fuel, an accumulator (common rail) 6 for accumulating the high pressure fuel from the high pressure pump 5 at a predetermined pressure, an injector 8 which is connected to the accumulator 6 for injecting the high pressure fuel, and the pressure increasing unit 7 which is provided between the injector 8 and the accumulator 6 for further increasing the pressure of the high pressure fuel. Leaked fuel from the pressure increasing unit 7 may be recirculated to the downstream side of the low pressure pump 3 through a unit leakage passage 17.

    摘要: In a negative pressure boosting device 1 of the present invention, a movable valve seat 28 is air-tightly and slidably disposed in a concavity of a valve body 4. The movable valve seat 28 and a valve element 12 compose a vacuum valve 15. The movable valve seat 28 and a control spring 29 compressed and disposed between the movable valve seat 28 and the valve body 4 compose a servo ratio changing means. The servo ratio changing means is provided on a valve mechanism (the vacuum valve 15). During operation, the valve element 12 comes in contact with the movable valve seat 28. However, the movable valve seat 28 does not move in a low-input range so that the servo ratio in this state is relatively large ratio i.e. the servo ratio for the normal operation. In the high-input range, the control spring 29 starts to be compressed to allow the movement of the movable valve seat 28, thereby changing the servo ratio to a small servo ratio. In this manner, the improvement of nullcontrollability of brakesnull in a low-input range and the improvement of nullstiff feelingnull in a high-input range are compatible.
