摘要: Disclosed in a door mirror device capable of continuously emitting light from two light guides. The door mirror device comprises: a first light-emitting light guide arranged in the visor part of a door mirror foldably mounted on the door mirror support part of a vehicle; a second light-emitting light guide provided in the door mirror support part, an end of the second light-emitting light guide facing to an end of the first light-emitting light guide so as to have continuity with the first light-emitting light guide; and a light source configured to emit light toward the first light-emitting light guide and the second light-emitting light guide, the light source being provided in the visor part.

摘要: A manually foldable door mirror has a stand, a bracket which is supported by the stand, and a mirror portion which is fixed to the bracket. A first surface is formed on the stand. A support shaft extends from the stand. A first projection and a second projection are located on the first surface at a predetermined interval with respect to an axis of the support shaft. A second surface is formed on the bracket. A first recess and a second recess are located on the second surface at a predetermined interval with respect to the axis of the support shaft. When the first projection fits in the first recess and the second projection faces to the second recess, the mirror portion is held at the normal position. When the second projection fits in the first recess and the first projection faces to the second recess, the mirror portion is held at the folded position. A circumferential width of the second recess is greater than those of the first and second projections. A spring urges the bracket to the stand.

摘要: An automobile mirror assembly in which a value of resistance of a rotary variable resistor with an actuator that is driven to rotate by a mirror push-pull operation shaft being moved in its axial direction at time of adjusting a posture of a mirror in the assembly, varies generally linearly when the mirror push-pull operation shaft moves linearly in the axial direction. The mirror push-pull operation shaft has a flat rear end face, and the actuator has one end that forms arc-shaped in which the flat rear end face thereof contacts the one end thereof, and in which the other end of the actuator is fixed to a rotation shaft of the rotary variable resistor. The arc of the arc-shaped one end of the actuator is included within a revolving plane within which the actuator is rotated.

摘要: An interior mirror which enables surveillance of a vehicle driver even at night, in tunnels and the like, without obstructing a forward field of vision of the vehicle driver or subjecting the vehicle driver to psychological pressure due to the presence of a surveillance device. Light with wavelengths in the infra-red light region is illuminated from infra-red LEDs inside a housing. When this light enters a filter from a rear face side thereof, the infra-red light that has wavelengths outside a range X is reflected, and the infra-red light that has wavelengths inside the range X is transmitted. This transmitted infra-red light is irradiated at the vehicle driver. This infra-red light is reflected from the vehicle driver, is incident at the filter from the front face side thereof and is again transmitted to the rear face side, and enters a lens of an infra-red camera.

摘要: When a vehicle mirror assembly is assembled, a bracket is firstly set as an assembling reference member, disposed on a bracket jig and positioned with respect to the bracket jig. Next, a retracting unit, a mirror surface adjustment unit, a door mirror stay and a mirror are mounted to the bracket. Finally a door mirror visor is mounted to the bracket. The bracket is made common regardless of a vehicle type thus a fixed bracket jig can be used resulting in cost reduction. Further, as the door mirror visor is mounted in a final process, defects of the door mirror visor due to scratches can be reduced thereby improving the production efficiency.

摘要: A door mirror stay which has a mount plate which is fixed along a door panel, a mirror support which is supported by the mount plate and which supports a mirror unit, and a porous member which is integrally formed with the mount plate, the porous member covering a mount surface of the mount plate. This integrally formed porous member has a function to seal and protect the mount surface. The number of parts of the stay and in turn the number of working steps can be decreased, so that the manufacturing cost can be more lowered than the conventional. In the present invention, the door mirror stay can be a one-piece type stay, or a two-piece type stay. In two-piece type stay, an air flow is prevented from entering the automobile through the gaps between each pieces, so that the wind noise can be lowered.

A tip engaging part (14) of the engaging part (15) is formed with a thickness substantially equal to a depth of the concave (10) of the base (1). The base cover (3) has a first projection (16) circumferentially continuous relative to the base part (13). The base (1) has a second projection (18) which is proximate to the first projection (16) and which is positioned radially outwardly relative to the first projection (16).
