摘要： A U-shaped insert for a weather strip includes a plurality of segments, which are spaced apart by a predetermined interval. Adjacent pairs of the segments are attached together by a pair of coupling members. The coupling members of each pair of the segments are substantially parallel to one another. Acutely angled corners are formed by each coupling member and the segments to which it is attached. The acutely angled corners include notches, which are cylindrical and extend into the associated segment. This permits deformation of the insert, while the insert resists tensile deformation.

摘要： A flange of a panel is inserted into an extrusion port of an extrusion molding die through an insertion slit, which opens laterally of the extrusion port, to thereby form a molding space that corresponds to a trim member between the extrusion port and the flange. A material for forming the trim member is extruded forwardly of the extrusion port through the molding space. The die and the flange are moved relative to each other while adjusting the insertion depth of the flange into the extrusion port so that the distance between a reference on the panel and the trim member is maintained at a desired distance. Thus, a trim member is extrusion molded on the edge of the flange of the panel and is mounted thereon simultaneously, thereby accurately mounting the trim member on the in a desired outer shape.

摘要： A frame for a battery-operated industrial truck includes a forward frame segment, a middle frame segment, and a rear frame segment. The middle frame segment is designed to hold a battery block and is provided with a frame top opening and a frame side opening through which the battery block can be inserted in the frame and removed again. To make it possible to easily replace the battery block using different battery replacement systems, the invention teaches that the frame side opening is connected without interruption to a frame bottom opening of the middle frame segment. To increase stability, the middle frame segment has at least one deflection-proof and torsion-proof longitudinal beam that connects the forward frame segment with the rear frame segment, and is preferably realized in the form of a hollow profile.

摘要： A weather strip for sealing an opening portion around an opening in a vehicle body against a periphery of a closing member for closing the opening in the vehicle body. The weather strip includes a base portion and a tubular seal portion which projects outwardly from an outer surface of the base portion. The tubular seal portion includes a pair of leg portions which project outwardly from the base portion, extending portions which extend from ends of the leg portions in opposite directions along the outer side wall to have an L-shaped cross-section with the leg portion, and a seal wall for connecting ends of the extending parts into an arc-shaped cross-section. The base portion and the leg portions are composed of a solid material while the seal wall is composed of a sponge material. A boundary between the solid material and sponge material is located in each of the extending portions of the tubular seal portion.
