A safe operation apparatus for a moving object includes: a distraction detection unit for detecting distraction information of a user operating a moving object; a controller for collecting the distraction information from the distraction detection unit, calculating a user's distraction state value, and controlling the moving object to be automatically operated or warning of the distraction state based on the distraction state value; and an automatic operation unit for automatically operating the moving object under the control of the controller. The apparatus further includes a communication unit for transmitting the user's distraction state to a remote control center or an adjacent different moving object under the control of the controller.

Provided are an apparatus and a method that chooses an object to be preferentially controlled based on an accident risk degree and hazard and controls the chosen object. In the present invention, it is possible to choose and control a ship having high hazard calculated with trajectory prediction, current operation state information, and past history information under a traffic situation in which the ships are concentrated, by priority. The ship having high hazard is chosen by calculating and applying various history information including an accident record, an entry history of an operator, an aging degree history of the ship, and a steering feature history by using a collision risk on a real-time trajectory collision risk and past history information and different warnings are given during a control for each level.

The present invention relates to a structure of a driving unit in a drum type washing machine for commercial use, and more particularly, to a structure of a driving unit in a drum type washing machine for commercial use that is capable of at any time supplying oil to bearings fitted onto the outer periphery of a driving shaft so as to smoothly rotate the driving shaft and prevent the bearings from being damaged or broken, and is capable of immediately discharging washing water in a tub to the outside, when washing water flows to the driving unit during the rotation of the driving shaft. The structure of the driving unit in a drum type washing machine for commercial use can supply oil at any time to the interior of the driving unit through the first and second oil supply holes formed on the casing and the third packing member, thereby preventing the first and second bearings from being worn out and helping the driving shaft more smoothly rotated.

An apparatus for vessel traffic management mounted in a vessel creates vessel sailing information including a current location and an identifier of the vessel in accordance with a navigation plan to a destination of the vessel; calculates an estimated time for arriving at the destination based on a distance between the current location and the destination and a sailing speed; and calculates an estimated entry time of entering a target area within the destination based on a distance between the current location and the destination and the sailing speed. The vessel sailing information, the estimated arrival time, and the estimated entry time are transmitted to a local control center, and the sailing of the vessel is controlled using a vessel traffic condition at the target area, provided from the local control center.

Disclosed are a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) personal privacy control system and a personal privacy protection method using the same which may dynamically process a privacy level according to peripheral circumstances of an RFID tagged object and an owner of the object, thereby securely protecting personal information associated with the RFID tag. The RFID privacy control server, the RFID privacy control server includes a context-aware information collecting unit to collect at least one context-aware information about a user; a privacy level adjusting unit to adjust a privacy level of the user based on the collected context-aware information; and a privacy control unit to determine, according to the adjusted privacy level, whether access of an RFID reader to RFID tag information is allowed, the RFID tag information corresponding to an RFID tag associated with the user.

A preferred route extraction unit extracts a preferred navigation route of the vehicle corresponding to the collected current navigational situation information from the navigation route DB. A predicted route estimation unit estimates a predicted navigation route of the vehicle based on the extracted preferred navigation route with reference to a traveling state of the vehicle.
