摘要: A method and system for augmented neurologic rehabilitation (ANR) of a patient is disclosed. The ANR system generates rhythmic auditory stimulus (RAS) and a visual augmented reality (AR) scene that are synchronized according to a common beat tempo and output to the patient during a therapy session. Sensor worn by the patient capture biomechanical data relating to repetitive movements performed by the patient in sync with the AR visual content and RAS. A critical thinking algorithm analyzes the sensor data to determine a spatial and temporal relationship of the patient's movements relative to the visual and audio elements and determine a level of entrainment of the patient and progression toward clinical/therapeutic goals. Additionally, a 3D AR modelling module configures the processor to dynamically adjust the augmented-reality visual and audio content output to the patient based on the determined level of entrainment and whether a training goal has been achieved.

摘要: A platform for monitoring range of motion in a joint includes initiating a range of motion monitoring application and connecting the application to a video communication platform. Video data, comprising the joint of the patient, is received from the communication platform. The platform may be used to determine that the patient is in position for calculating a range of motion of the joint, and capture an image of the joint from the received video data. The platform receives, from a user, a selection of a first set of points used in measuring range of motion, and calculates a first angle measurement associated with the range of motion of the joint based on the selected set of points. The captured image is displayed together with an overlay comprising the first set of points and the first calculated angle, and the captured image and the overlay are stored to a storage device.

摘要: A determination method is a determination method performed by a computer, and includes: instructing a target person to perform a specific action; capturing an image that includes, as a subject, the target person performing the specific action; estimating a skeletal model of the target person in the image based on the image captured; setting a plurality of three-dimensional regions around the skeletal model based on positions of a plurality of skeletal points in the skeletal model estimated; identifying, among the plurality of three-dimensional regions set, a three-dimensional region where a skeletal point of a wrist of the target person is located in the specific action; and determining a state of activities of daily living of the target person based on the three-dimensional region identified.

摘要: Described herein is a pilot monitoring system (100) including a camera (106) configured to capture a plurality of digital images of an aircraft (104) cockpit including one or both of a pilot (102) and a co-pilot (103) and a processor (114) configured to process the captured images. The images are processed to determine an alertness state of the pilot (102) and/or the co-pilot (103) during operation of the aircraft (104) based on detected facial features of the pilot (102) and/or co-pilot (103) in the images. Processor (114) receives information indicative of a current phase of flight of the aircraft and displays a visualisation of the alertness level and/or determines a suitability of a controlled rest period for the pilot (102) or co-pilot (103) based on the alertness state of the pilot and (102)/or the co-pilot (103) and the current phase of flight. An alert is issued alert to the pilot (102) and/or co-pilot (103) including a determination of a suitability of a controlled rest period for either the pilot (102) or co-pilot (103).

摘要: Various patient monitoring systems can include a sensor configured to collect three dimensional information. The systems can identify a location of a patient support surface based on the three dimensional information. The systems can set a two dimensional planar threshold based on the patient support surface. The systems can identify a patient location above the patient support surface based on the three dimensional information and compare the patient location to the two dimensional planar threshold. Exceeding the threshold can be indicative of a high risk of a patient fall. An alert can be generated based on the threshold being exceeded. The systems can repeat the identification of the patient support surface location and the setting of the threshold to account for changes in the patient area.
