    摘要: A surface acoustic wave touch panel includes a flexible substrate, an acoustic wave transmitting layer, an adhering layer, a piezoelectricity layer, and an electrode layer. The acoustic wave transmitting layer is made of nano-diamond and formed on the flexible substrate. The adhering layer is formed on the acoustic wave transmitting layer. The piezoelectricity layer is formed on the acoustic wave transmitting layer in an interdigitated electrode pattern. The electrode layer is formed on the piezoelectricity layer. A method of manufacturing the surface acoustic wave touch panel is also provided.

    摘要: An optical fiber connector includes optical fibers, a connector body, and a cover. The connector body includes optical lenses arranged at the first side surface. The connector body defines receiving grooves. Each of the receiving grooves has a V-shaped section and two slanted surfaces. The optical fibers are received in the grooves and as a result are correctly aligned with the respective optical lenses. The cover and the slanted surfaces of the receiving grooves cooperatively securely retain the optical fibers in the connector.

    摘要: An optical fiber connector includes a number of optical fibers, a body, a number of supports, and a cover. The body includes a number of lenses at a first end thereof, a number of through holes at an opposite second end, and a recess located between the lenses and the through holes. The through holes are in communication with the recess. The optical fibers extend through the respective through holes and optically coupled with the respective lenses. The supports are formed in the recess. Each support defines an arc-shaped receiving groove. The cover is engagingly received in the recess and defines a number of V-shaped positioning grooves. Each positioning groove has a first slanted surface and a second slanted surface. The positioning grooves and the corresponding receiving grooves cooperatively securely retain distal portions of the optical fibers in the recess of the body.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing an optical film includes providing a molding machine. The molding machine includes a hopper, a first cylindrical roller, a second cylindrical roller, and a UV light source. The first and second cylindrical rollers are located at two opposite sides of a narrow outlet of the hopper and positioned at substantially a same height just below the narrow outlet. Thereafter, a UV-curable material is provided into the hopper, and flows out from the narrow outlet of the hopper. The UV light source is turned on toward the UV-curable material. Furthermore, the first and second cylindrical rollers are rotated to directly press the UV-curable material when the UV-curable material is cured.
