摘要: A method and device for testing a positioning and speed measuring system main unit. The method includes: obtaining a first simulation signal by simulating an absolute position sensor and a relative position sensor; sending the first simulation signal to a main unit of a to-be-tested positioning and speed measuring system; obtaining a first result calculated by the main unit based on the first simulation signal; obtaining a second result calculated based on the first simulation signal, the second result being a reference result corresponding to the first simulation signal; and determining that the main unit is abnormal if a comparison between the first result and the second result exceeds a first preset range. Therefore, the main unit can still be tested without components including absolute position sensors and relative position sensors, the test process is simple and easy to implement, a test environment can be built without large-scale investment.

摘要: A moving part of a maglev train, comprising two levitation frames that are arranged at an interval along the direction of travel, the two levitation frames being connected by means of a vertical beam; a peripheral wall of the vertical beam provided with a slot that may reduce the torsional rigidity thereof, being capable of reducing the torsional rigidity of the traditional vertical beam so as to reduce the coupling effect between the two levitation frames that are connected by means of the vertical beam, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty and energy consumption of levitation control. The levitation frames and the train body are provided therebetween with a vertical shock absorber and a horizontal absorber having suitable damping values, the levitation frames and the train body are provided therebetween with horizontal stoppers and vertical stoppers which may prevent excessive horizontal movement, rollover and overturning.

Also disclosed are a rail vehicle tilting control method and a rail vehicle.

摘要: A linear motor comprises a primary part and a secondary part opposite to each other. An air gap is reserved between the primary and secondary parts. The air gap has first spacing in non-operating state and second spacing in operating state. The side surface of the primary part facing the secondary part is provided with a magnetically conductive film that has elasticity in the thickness direction and a thickness greater than the first spacing and less than the second spacing. The magnetically conductive film comprises magnetically conductive base bodies and non-magnetically conductive base bodies alternately distributed along the surface of the magnetically conductive film, and the magnetically conductive base bodies are filled with magnetically conductive materials. The magnetically conductive base bodies cover magnetic poles on the side surface of the primary part facing the secondary part, and the non-magnetically conductive base bodies shield gaps between the adjacent magnetic poles.

摘要: Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a chassis component of a railway vehicle, and a railway vehicle. The chassis component includes two lower boundary beams provided at an interval and a sleeper beam provided between the two lower boundary beams. The sleeper beam includes: a web structure; a center pin, connected with a bogie of a railway vehicle; and a mounting frame, connected with the web structure, the center pin being provided on the mounting frame, the mounting frame including a plurality of vertical plates, and the plurality of vertical plates being provided at an interval along an outer wall surface of the center pin. The technical solution of the present disclosure can solve the problem in the related art of insufficient connecting strength of a center pin and a web structure of a sleeper beam.
