    摘要： Systems, devices and/or methods that facilitate thinner form factors and/or more robust mobile device enclosures by injection molding mobile device enclosures with panels are presented. These panels can include display panels, window panels and touch sensitive panels. Further, panels can be insert molded. Additionally, select panels can be contemporaneously molded by multi-shot injection molding at least a portion of the panel and a portion of the enclosure body. Multi-shot injection molding can include 2-shot injection molding, multi-shot injection molding, and co-injection injection molding. Injection molding a mobile device enclosure with a panel can provide improved form factor mobile device enclosures and/or provide a more robust mobile device enclosure than many traditional methods.

    摘要： A system, apparatus, and techniques for interrogating a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag are disclosed. The system includes an RFID reader that includes a pivotable polarized antenna for reading a reader/tag link. The antenna moves at a specific frequency over a specific distance resulting in reader/tag links being moved out of a null region of the reader. Advantageously, by pivoting the antenna, the antenna apparatus minimizes signal fading and improves signal quality from tags.

    摘要： Described is a device comprising a power supply, a receiving arrangement, a removable cover and a sensor. The receiving arrangement detachably receives a peripheral device. The peripheral device draws power from the power supply when coupled to the receiving arrangement. The removable cover covers the receiving arrangement and prevents the peripheral device from being physically removed from the receiving arrangement. The sensor outputs a first signal when the cover covers the receiving arrangement and outputs a second signal when the cover is removed from the receiving arrangement. Communication with the peripheral device is terminated as a function of the first and second signals.
