Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wave power generator, and more specifically, to a wave power generator that can promote more aggressive investment and research activities by overcoming the uncertainties of natural environment through the relatively high energy conversion efficiency thereof, and enhance the practicality and the value thereof as a clean energy source by increasing the investment-to-efficiency rate. To this end, the present invention comprises: one or more raft vessels, each having in a central point thereof a node that moves freely according to wave height and leads a flow of fluid inside of the raft vessel with a constant water level; and an energy generating unit connected in series to a vertical axis C on a cross section of the node of each raft vessel and configured to generate energy using kinetic energy of the raft vessel.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wave power generator, and more particularly, to a wave power generator that has comparatively high energy conversion efficiency, so that it can induce active investment and research and development to overcome uncertainties about the natural environment, and which can enhance practicability and value as a clean energy source, especially by virtue of the improved return on investment thereof. For this purpose, the wave power generator of the present invention is characterized in that is comprises: a plurality of rafts arranged on a water surface to move freely with the movement of waves; a plurality of connectors, connecting the plurality of rafts to each other, for performing the conversion of kinetic energy by converting the wave-induced movement of one raft into an amplified lever movement on an adjacent raft; a plurality of generators installed on the plurality of rafts to generate electricity; and an energy-converting unit, connected to the plurality of connectors and to the plurality of generators, for converting the kinetic energy from the plurality of connectors into rotational energy for driving the plurality of generators.
Abstract:
Provided herein is a method of cultivating a grafted cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) cultivar “Yellow Top” including the steps of: a) selecting a cross combination between “GG02451” and “GG205736”; b) crossing the combination, harvesting cactus fruits after a mature stage has been passed, disinfecting the cactus fruits, selecting and sterilizing seeds contained in the cactus fruits, and sowing the seeds; c) obtaining germinated seedlings; d) selecting only colored seedlings from the germinated seedlings; e) first-grafting the selected colored seedlings onto small virus-free Hylocereus trigonus in test tubes; and f) covering light-shielding film on the cultured seedlings to harden the seedlings and secondarily grafting only the seedlings onto Hylocereus trigonus.

The present subject matter relates to a method for cultivating a new grafted cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) cultivar “Red Top” including the steps of: a) selecting a cross combination between “GG02481” and “GG027977”; b) crossing the combination, harvesting cactus fruits after a mature stage has been passed, disinfecting the cactus fruits, selecting and sterilizing seeds contained in the cactus fruits, and sowing the seeds; c) obtaining germinated seedlings; d) selecting only colored seedlings from the germinated seedlings; e) first-grafting the selected colored seedlings onto small virus-free Hylocereus trigonus in test tubes; and f) covering light-shielding film on the cultured seedlings to harden the seedlings and secondarily grafting only the seedlings onto Hylocereus trigonus.
Abstract:
A wave power generator is provided, and, more particularly, a wave power generator, which has a simple structure leading to improved cost efficiency and high energy conversion rate and is able to be installed in anywhere, so that practicality and a value of wave as a clean energy resource may be enhanced, is provided. The wave power generator includes a raft vessel configured to be in a shape of disk and filled with water; a water turbine configured to be installed on a central axis of the raft vessel; and a mooring chain configured to be connected to the raft vessel to thereby determine a location where the raft vessel is to float.
