A system for brokering a content and metadata of the content over a network may include: a syndication portal to register a content provider, and to transmit address information for a feed to the content provider; an aggregator to verify whether an added content exists in the feed of the content provider, and to upload the content and the metadata of the content when the added content exists; and a media mediator to register the uploaded content, to encode the content, and to provide the encoded content to an end user.
