    Abstract: A speech data retrieving and presenting device applied with an electronic device through a network includes a data receiving unit, a processing unit and a speech presenting unit. The data receiving unit connected to the network receives data of the electronic device through the network. The processing unit coupled to the data receiving unit receives speech data and retrieves a speech presenting signal from the speech data. The speech presenting unit coupled to the processing unit receives the speech presenting signal and outputs a speech according to the speech data.     Abstract: A method of extracting isoflavon from soybeans or residuum of soybeans, the method includes: a pulverizing process, a fermenting process, a first filtering process, an extracting process, a second filtering process, and at least one drying process. By fermenting the soybeans, cell walls on seed coats of the soybeans are destroyed to release a high level of isoflavon in the extracting process to achieve a high production rate of isoflavon powder and to result in a low manufacturing cost. Moreover, fermented solid obtained from the second filtering process contains a high level of soybean enzyme that is suitable to be processed to generate high added-value feeding material.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for treating a gas, comprising: step (A): collecting a gas comprising carbon dioxide and fine particulate matter; step (B): rinsing the gas with water to obtain a rinsed gas; and step (C): contacting the rinsed gas with a basic solution in a way of co-current flow to absorb the carbon dioxide in the rinsed gas by the basic solution to obtain a treated gas and a weak basic solution; wherein the pH value of the basic solution is between 9 and 14, and the pH value of the weak basic solution is between 8 and 8.5. The method can reduce the content of both fine particulate matter and carbon dioxide.
