    摘要: An illumination device is including an illumination body and a hollow sleeve. A light emitting element and a transparent sheet is disposed in the illumination body. A first convex lens is disposed in the hollow sleeve. The light emitting element, the transparent sheet, and the first convex lens are arranged sequentially along a moving direction. When the hollow sleeve is operated to move along the moving direction, the first convex lens is moved with respect to the light emitting element and the transparent sheet, and the projection facula is changed from presenting a light source pattern of the light emitting element to a predetermined pattern of transparent sheet.

    摘要: A portable voiceprint-lock remote transmitting system includes a network voiceprint database and network communication devices connecting with the network voiceprint database on a network. The network voiceprint database includes a public-access voiceprint directory and a plurality of public-access voiceprint keys. The network communication device can download the public-access voiceprint key from the network voiceprint database, and the selected public-access voiceprint key can be used to encrypt electronic files to form a voiceprint lock. A receiver can decrypt the encrypted electronic files in a verification procedure. An operation method comprises the steps of: employing a network voiceprint database to provide public-access voiceprint keys; connecting a network communication device with the network voiceprint database on a network so as to obtain the public-access voiceprint key; employing the public-access voiceprint key to encrypt electronic files to form a voiceprint lock; and transmitting or delivering the encrypted electronic file to a receiver.

    摘要: This invention provides efficient method and apparatus of the motion estimation for the video compression. A storage device saving MVs of a partial or an entire frame and the prediction modes are applied to be the reference for the motion estimation of the neighboring frame. The majority MV of the current frame and at least one neighboring frame is referred as the MV or as the initial point of searching for the current frame or the neighboring frames. Should the movement of the blocks in previous frame is different from the FMV, will the blocks or the neighboring blocks need to go through the motion estimation. The predetermined threshold values are specified to decide the need of a refiner pixel resolution, the sub-sampling ratio, and early giving up or early selecting of the current macroblock. Sub-sampling ratio or the decision of refiner or coarser pixel resolution is determined by the values of the MV or MAD.

    摘要: The present invention provides a random voiceprint certification system comprises a training system, a random cipher generator, and a testing system, which is employed to process training or testing operation for the input raw voice data. In training voice, the training system obtains an appointment voiceprint feature model parameter groups from the input raw voice data.     摘要: This invention provides efficient method and apparatus of the motion estimation for the video compression. A storage device saving MVs of a partial or an entire frame and the prediction modes are applied to be the reference for the motion estimation of the neighboring frame. The majority MV of the current frame and at least one neighboring frame is referred as the MV or as the initial point of searching for the current frame or the neighboring frames. Should the movement of the blocks in previous frame is different from the FMV, will the blocks or the neighboring blocks need to go through the motion estimation. The predetermined threshold values are specified to decide the need of a refiner pixel resolution, the sub-sampling ratio, and early giving up or early selecting of the current macroblock. Sub-sampling ratio or the decision of refiner or coarser pixel resolution is determined by the values of the MV or MAD.
