An isolation region extends from a top surface of the semiconductor substrate into the semiconductor substrate. The isolation region has a second sidewall, wherein a lower portion of the first sidewall joins a lower portion of the second sidewall to form an interface. A dielectric spacer is disposed on an upper portion of the first sidewall. A silicide region is over and contacting the active region. A sidewall of the silicide region contacts the dielectric spacer, and the dielectric spacer has a top surface substantially lower than a top surface of the silicide region.

    摘要: A hand tool includes a body and a ratchet head which is pivotably connected to the body. A pawl and a controller are connected to the body. The ratchet head is engaged with the pawl by first and second engaging teeth. The controller has a recess which has two curved faces. The controller has two grooves and each groove has a first stop face and a second stop face. The first and second stop faces contact the two curved faces. The pawl is not moveable, and the first engaging teeth are engaged with the second engaging teeth so as to fix the ratchet head relative to the body at an angle. When the two curved faces are moved to face the two grooves, the controller is moved, and the ratchet head is pivotable relative to the body.

The memory device includes a gate dielectric formed on the substrate and between the source and drain regions. The memory device also includes a gate structure formed on the gate dielectric and the gate structure has a planar top surface. The memory device further includes a multi-spacer structure that includes first, second, and third spacers. The first spacer is formed on a sidewall of the gate structure and a top surface of one of the source and drain regions. The second spacer is formed on a sidewall of the first spacer and the second spacer has a dielectric constant greater than a dielectric constant of the first spacer.     摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus and method of power-saving and wake-up, which is not only used to reduce the power consumption of a system of electronic equipment, but also allow the system to immediately return to normal operation according to the requirement. The apparatus for power-saving and wake-up includes a first detector, a second detector, a decoder and a third detector. The method for power-saving and wake-up includes detecting a cable signal, a clock pair signal and a differential pair signal. When one of the detected signals is unusual, the system soon turns off the unusual channel power and implement the procedures for power saving and operates under the power saving mode, which can realize the effect of power saving and low power consumption. The method for power-saving and wake-up includes detecting the cable signal, the toggling and frequency of the clock signal and the synchronizing signals of the system.

    摘要: This invention relates to a waste gas treating apparatus, especially for treating a waste gas containing sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide. It includes at least one washing tower. At least one fluid inlet is disposed on a lateral wall of the washing tower, so that a fluid is pumped into the washing tower by constant amount and drained out from a draining opening of a base of the washing tower. At least one gas inlet is disposed on the wall of the washing tower below the fluid inlet. The waste gas is injected into the washing tower so as to contact with the fluid and form bubbles which buoy upward to a top of the washing tower and are exhausted from a gas outlet thereof. The fluid serves to react with and absorb the pollutants contained in the waste gas. The products of the reaction are discharged out of the washing tower along with the fluid.

It includes a grinding device for grinding the waste tire into blocks with smaller volume, a washing device for washing the ground waste tire, a drying device for drying the washed waste tire, a granulating device for cutting and granulating the dried waste tire into granules with predetermined volume, a heating device for heating and melting the waste tire granules and a sorting device disposed under the heating device for receiving the molten rubber and nylon fibers and the steel filaments of the waste tire. The sorting device includes a channel with circulated water flow, whereby the mixture of the rubber and nylon fibers float on the water, while the steel filaments precipitate onto the bottom of the channel to be separately recovered.
