摘要: A dry electrode for biomedical signal measuring sensor includes a conductive sponge, a conductive fabric, and a thin metal film. The conductive fabric covers the whole conductive sponge, and the thin metal film is disposed on one face of the conductive fabric opposite to the conductive sponge. When using the dry electrode in measuring biomedical signal, it is not necessary to apply a conductive gel on a patient's skin, at where the biomedical signal is to be measured. Without the need of applying the conductive gel, the dry electrode is readily for measuring biomedical signal at any time and can be conveniently used in measuring signal over a long period of time without the problem of an attenuated signal due to gradually becoming dried conductive gel.

摘要: A biomedical electric wave sensor includes a base, a central pole, a dry electrode, a case, and a plurality of ribs. When the central pole lowers down, the ribs radiate and expand outward to push aside the hair of a subject, and the dry electrode exposes from the case and contacts the skin of the subject to measure a physiological electric wave signal from the subject. The present invention may overcome the intervention problem caused by hair and achieve the measurement of biomedical electric wave signal.

摘要: A gain estimation method for an LPC vocoder which utilizes shape indexes. The gain is estimated based on the envelope of the speech waveform. The gain is estimated such that the maximum amplitude of the synthetic speech just reaches the speech waveform envelope. The gain during voiced subframes is estimated as the minimum of the absolute value of ratio of the envelope and the impulse response of the LPC filter. The gain during unvoiced subframes is estimated as the minimum of the absolute value of the ratio of the envelope and the noise response of the LPC filter. The method results in a fast technique for estimating the gain.

摘要: The image recognition system contains a server host and a local host data-linked to the server host. The server host contains a server modeling device. The local host contains a local capturing device, a local recognition device, and a local data device. The local capturing device captures an image of a to-be-identified object. The image is processed by the local recognition device to extract features. The local data device attempts to classify and identify the object based on the features extracted. If the local host fails to identify the object, the captured image is delivered to the server host and the server modeling device attempts to classify and identify the object. If the object is identified, a model information about the object is then sent back to the local host and the local data device stores the newly received model information.

摘要: An alarm chain based monitoring device includes an alarm chain module, which is in information connection with at least one photographing device and at least one display element in information connection with the photographing device. The alarm chain module includes a definition unit, a sensitivity unit, and an alarming unit. The photographing device generates an image that is then displayed by the display element. The definition unit generates an alarm chain that includes control nodes and can be curved in the image. The sensitivity unit defines detection sensitivity of the alarm chain. When an object moves across the alarm chain, the alarming unit issues at least one alarm message, whereby the curved alarm chain defined in the image allows the installation site not be subjected to constraint and reduces error triggering rate.

摘要: The invention provides a method for image resolution enhancement, which utilizes a fuzzy analysis system simulating the human vision system and uses the neural network as a basis for digital image interpolation. After an original image is inputted in, the image analysis module will divide and classify the original image, and then each of the image being classified will be processed by either the bilinear interpolation or the neural network interpolation. Because the fuzzy analysis system is configured according to the human vision system, and because the neural network is a model obtained from learning real natural images, the vision effect of the image enlarged through the processing method of the invention is very close to the real natural image.
