Abstract:
Disclosed is a double-bead horizontal and vertical spirit level having a transparent tube contains an air bubble, a basic liquid and bead insoluble in the basic liquid and having a density greater than that of the basic liquid. By comparing the relative positions of the air bubble and bead, the spirit level gives precise measurements. An apparatus using the spirit level and protractor can measure horizontal tilt angles of upper and lower surfaces, and vertical tilt angle of the vertical plane; it can also be further combined with a laser pen to measure the angle of elevation, distance, height of a remote object, tilt angles, draw a horizontal and plumb line. An apparatus where the long axis of spirit level is perpendicular to the axis of pivot, the long axis doesn't need to pass the axis of pivot and the space could be used to install a laser pen.

The method includes an application device transmitting an original image including a plurality of printing pixels to a driving device, the driving device setting the plurality of printing pixels as a plurality of first printing dots, the driving device detecting an edge of the original image, the driving device setting a plurality of second printing dots according to a plurality of neighboring pixels corresponding to the edge, and the driving device generating an image to be printed according to the plurality of first printing dots and the plurality of second printing dots.

A preparation for fabricating a template of a thin-film solar cell includes steps of: a) providing a substrate; b) anodizing a surface of the substrate to form an anodized layer with plural pores; and c) filling alkali halide precursor into the pores.

Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a head body of a golf club made of a composite material includes steps of putting the composite material in a cavity defined in a die composed of two pieces; compacting the composite material by a core member in the cavity of the die during heating the hot die and the core member, the core member made of a thermal-dilating material and having a periphery matched with an inner contour of the head body; and separating the two pieces of the die to remove the finished head body after the composite material has hardened. Whereby, the composite material can be evenly compacted by the core piece for constructing the head body with a correct structure in accordance with the predetermined shape and having a good strength. Moreover, the core piece can be used repeatedly, so the manufacturing cost is low.

The present invention provides a carrier component. The carrier component includes a carrier core body including a dispersive object and a dualistic self-assembly material for encapsulating the dispersive object, wherein the dualistic self-assembly material has an electric charge; and a first shell layer having an electric charge opposite to the electric charge of the dualistic self-assembly material, and coating the carrier core body, and thus avoids inactivation of a medicine, eliminates medicine leakage and reduces medicine releasing. The present invention further provides a method for forming a carrier component.
