Disclosed herein is a refrigerator including: a cabinet configured to define a storage space; a barrier configured to divide the storage space into a refrigerating compartment and a freezing compartment and having an heat insulator therein; a depression part formed to be depressed in the barrier for the freezing compartment and configured to accommodate an evaporator and a blowing unit; and a barrier cover configured to shield the depression part for the freezing compartment, wherein the depression part includes an evaporator accommodating part configured to accommodate the evaporator, a blowing unit accommodating part formed to be stepped on a upper side of the evaporator accommodating part and configured to accommodate the blowing unit.
Abstract:
An image display apparatus and a method for operating the same are disclosed. The method for operating an image display apparatus includes receiving a 3-dimensional (3D) image, detecting the depth of the 3D image, performing 3D processing on an audio signal received in synchronization with the 3D image in correspondence with the detected depth, and outputting the audio signal subjected to 3D processing. Thus, it is possible to output the audio signal in correspondence with the depth of the 3D image during 3D image display.
Abstract:
A high-precision capacitor includes a first degenerately doped polysilicon plate, a second degenerately doped polysilicon plate, and a dielectric material disposed between the first and the second degenerately doped polysilicon plates. The first degenerately doped polysilicon plate may be formed by performing POCL (phosphorus oxychloride) diffusion, and performing ion implantation through the POCL oxide to replenish the loss of dopants. The second degenerately doped polysilicon plate may be formed by performing POCL doping. The high-precision capacitor may exhibit a voltage coefficient of capacitance (VCC) comparable to a Metal-Insulator-Metal capacitor, however, with a dielectric of higher quality.

A refrigerator is provided. The refrigerator may include a body having storage chambers formed therein, and a compressor, a condenser, an expansion device, and an evaporator that form a refrigerating cycle to cool the storage chambers. The condenser may include a refrigerant condensation channel through which refrigerant from the compressor passes and a working fluid evaporation channel through which working fluid is evaporated due to heat exchange with the refrigerant passing through the refrigerant condensation channel. The condenser may be connected with a hot line, through which the working fluid evaporated through the working fluid evaporation channel flows and discharges heat to reduce condensation.

The blowing unit accommodating part is depressed greater than the evaporator accommodating part.
