A transceiver and transmitter are shown. A baseband processor receives a signal for transmission. It converts the signal into amplitude and phase polar components. Each component is then processed—the phase component through a wideband phase modulator and the amplitude component through a wideband amplitude modulator, and the components are then recombined for further processing or transmission.

A stroller includes a latching mechanism for a foldable frame that is remotely actuated through a sliding actuator on an upper frame member of the stroller frame. The sliding actuator is attached via a wire to pins which can be selectively placed in or out of engagement with a notch defined on a surface associated with the lower front frame member. A seat assembly on the stroller includes a seat back which is pivotably attached to the adjacent seat portions to allow the seat back to be folded when the stroller is folded. A canopy with dual extendable visors is removably attachable to the seat assembly. The canopy can be moved pivotably to a fully forward, fully backward, or any intermediate position, and the dual extendable visors on either end thereof can be selectively retracted or extended so as to achieve the desired amount of blocking of the sun and elements as well as to provide the desired ventilation. A footrest is provided on a front side of the seat assembly which is pivotably attached thereto and can be latched in a pivoted and retracted position under the upper front edge of the seat assembly. A slidable basket assembly is provided underneath the seat assembly which has a slidable frame that, when extended, pivots a back panel of a fabric basket assembly to provide easier access to the basket when underneath the seat assembly. A detachable tray is selectively attachable to the front edge of the seating portion of the stroller.

An infant stroller with a conventional frame which can be collapsed by releasing a latch mechanism mounted on a central portion of the frame. The handle arms of the frame terminate in a handle assembly which includes a handle bar portion designed for two-handed operation and a handle grip designed for one-handed operation of the stroller. The handle grip is provided at an ergonomically comfortable angle in the range of 60 degrees from horizontal. A console tray is provided in the vicinity of the handle assembly for the operator to conveniently store various sundry items. The console tray supports a back edge of a canopy on the infant stroller. The canopy includes a canopy frame and a sunshade depending therefrom which is supported by a separate sunshade frame.

The first phase/frequency detector input may be configured to receive a reference signal. The system may include an oscillator having an input and an output. The oscillator may be configured to generate a desired oscillator output signal at its output. A divider may be configured to receive the oscillator output signal. The divider may have a divider count input and a divider carryout output that may be connected to the second phase/frequency detector input. A loop filter may be connected in series between the phase/frequency detector output and the oscillator input. The loop filter has a transfer function including at least two frequency response rate change points, where each of the frequency rate change points corresponds to a pole or a zero in the transfer function.

The invention relates to for processing an electromagnetic input signal, wherein the signal is passed through an input to be modified across a plurality of modifying segments using a characteristic of the signal, and wherein the plurality of segments have a plurality of states controlled by a control signal, by determining a reference impedance for the input for one or more states of the plurality of segments; and adaptively adjusting impedance of the input toward the reference impedance. This may be accomplished for example, by using a matching circuit comprising one or more selected from the group consisting of a digital signal processor, a microprocessor, a logic circuit, an integrated circuit, a phase shifter, a resistor, a variable inductor, and a variable capacitor. The matching circuit determines shifts in impedance of the input after a change in state of the segments; and adaptively adjusts the impedance based upon the shift.

A signal is provided through the baseband processor and is converted into polar coordinates, comprised of amplitude and phase components, with the amplitude component being transmitted to the amplitude modulated amplifier. The amplitude modulated amplifier being comprised of independently controllable current sources, and with the phase component being transmitted to the wideband phase modulator, for modulation upon a carrier wave, and subsequent transmission to the amplitude modulated amplifier for amplification according to control imposed by the amplitude component upon the current sources.
