Abstract:
Disclosed is a hand bag for storing, carrying, displaying, selecting, and/or returning many types of articles. The hand bag comprises a body comprising a cavity to store the articles, a lower open end, and an upper open end. The hand bag further comprises an upper flap engaged with the upper open end of the body. The hand bag further comprises a lower flap engaged with the lower open end of the body. The hand bag further comprises a flexible sheet engaged with said lower open end between a first position where the flexible sheet is disposed outward of the body upon the lower flap with the articles resting on the body allowing the person unobstructed access to the articles and a second position where the flexible sheet may be held to form a u-shaped tube allowing the articles to be inserted into the lower open end of the body.
Abstract:
The present invention is a container for storing, selection, and dispensing many types of articles. In one embodiment, the container comprises a body having a cavity to store the articles and an open end having an inside surface for access to the articles. The container further comprises a flexible sheet having a body portion and first and second end portions. The first end portion is secured to the inside surface of the body. The flexible sheet can be moved between a first position where the flexible sheet is fully disposed within the body and a second position where the flexible sheet is disposed outward of the body with the articles resting on the body portion of the flexible sheet upon raising and tilting of the body to provide easy selection and dispensing of any article. The container and flexible sheet may be configured in many shapes and/or materials for different applications.

Abstract:
A roof bar (10) for a motor vehicle (1) includes an elongate load carrying member (13) selectively held in a deployed position by a latch mechanism (20). A crossbar portion (15) of the elongate load carrying member (13) is wider than it is thick and is orientated such that the width of the crossbar portion (15) is vertically arranged when the roof bar (10) is in the deployed position so as to increase the resistance to vertical bending of the crossbar portion (15).
Abstract:
A device to clamp on a tire to hold chains in place while the tire is rotated, allowing the chains to encircle the tire removing all the slack that is inherent in the “drape” method of chain installation on commercial vehicles. This device does not necessitate aligning itself with any holes in the rim of the tire.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for managing a dynamic alias page table are provided. With the apparatus and method, alias page table entries are added to an alias page table dynamically by determining if the alias page table has space for the entry and, if so, the entry describing the virtual address to physical address mapping is added to the alias page table and a successful completion is returned to the virtual memory manager. If the alias page table does not have space for the entry, a new page is used to map the next virtual page of the alias page table. This page must be marked as a fixed page if it not so marked already. This page is pinned in the software page frame table, and the hardware page table entry for this page is also pinned.

Disclosed is a container for storing, displaying, and dispensing many types of articles. The container comprises a body comprising a cavity to store the articles and an open end for access to the articles. The container further comprises a lid comprising a cavity, a first open end engaged with the open end of the body and a flexible sheet engaged with and fully disposed within the cavity of the lid. The container further comprises a cap engaged with a second open end of the lid. Removal of the cap from the lid allows the flexible sheet to be moved between a first position where the flexible sheet is disposed outward of the lid with the articles resting on the flexible sheet and a second position where the flexible sheet is held to form a u-shaped tube allowing the articles to be poured into said second open end of the lid.
Abstract:
A roof bar (10) for a motor vehicle (1) has an elongate load carrying member (213) and a single elongate stay (214) which are hingedly connected to a roof (5) of the motor vehicle (1) by a pair of base plates (211). The elongate load carrying member (213) is selectively held in a deployed position by a latch mechanism (222, 255) which latches a castellated edge of the elongate load carrying member (213) to a castellated edge of the single elongate stay (214) along a significant portion of the interface between the two components (213, 214) so as to provide a strong support for any loads carried by the roof bar (10). The components (211, 213, 214) forming the roof bar (10) are all relatively thin and the elongate load carrying member (213) and the single elongate stay (214) are arranged to fold flat on the roof (5) of the motor vehicle (1) so as to minimize any change in vehicle height when the roof bar (10) is stowed.
Abstract:
A flux composition is provided, comprising, as initial components: a carboxylic acid; and, a polyamine fluxing agent represented by formula I: with the proviso that when the polyamine fluxing agent represented by formula I is according to formula Ia: then zero to three of R1, R2, R3 and R4 is(are) a hydrogen. Also provided is a method of soldering an electrical contact using the flux composition.
