Abstract:
A light fixture assembly having a plurality of sockets to receive a plurality of electrically powered sources of illumination, and a plurality of receptacles to receive a plurality of LED lights, the assembly including a housing. The plurality of receptacles are mounted on the fixture housing and a logic board is mounted in the housing, the logic board being electrically connected to a switch, and the switch is electrically connected to a source of electrical power. Separate electrical connections extend between the logic board and the sockets, and between the logic board and a voltage reduction device. The voltage reduction device is electrically connected to the receptacle to provide a lower voltage to the LED receptacles compared to the voltage of the electric power supplied to the light bulb. The switch is operable between off and on positions; and the logic board activates and deactivates the electrical energy provided to the sockets and to the LED receptacles upon operation of the switch.

Abstract:
A set of hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) requests for Web application content can be routed from a client computing device to a Web server. The routed HTTP requests can be analyzed for patterns indicative of user interest in a business offering available via the Web application. An unrequested HTTP request can be conveyed to the Web server for Web application content that was not explicitly requested from the client computing device. The Web server can convey a response to the unrequested HTTP request that provides content from the Web application related specifically to the user interest. The response can cause a user interface of a Web browser of the client computing device to display the content that is related to the user interest.

Abstract:
Described are piperidines of Formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds of Formula I are antagonists of NMDA receptor channel complexes useful for treating cerebral vascular disorders such as, for example, stroke, cerebral ischemia, central nervous system disorders, depression, trauma, hypoglycemia, neurodegenerative disorders, anxiety, migraine headache, convulsions, Parkinson's disease, aminoglycoside antibiotics-induced hearing loss, psychosis, glaucoma, CMV retinitis, opioid tolerance or withdrawal, pain, especially chronic pain, neuropathic pain, or surgical pain, or urinary incontinence.
Abstract:
A cart is provided to carry chairs and a large shade umbrella. The cart, regardless of configuration, will also contain a number of convenience pockets to carry stadium blankets, binders, tablet PCs, sunscreen, etc. It also contains a large pocket with a thermal lining in which to carry beverages. This pocket and lining is removable in order to facilitate washing in the event of a spilled beverage. This embodiment is designed with a shoulder strap which facilitates hands-free towing. This is especially helpful for the average “soccer mom” who needs those hands free to corral children while in transit to an event.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for preparation of a trans ISATX247 compound of the formula: where R1═H or D; R2═H or D; and R3═H or D, by application of organozirconium chemistry. The process involves reacting an acetyl cyclosporin aldehyde with an organozirconium reagent to provide acetyl cyclosporin diene (the acetate of trans ISATX247) and deacetylating the acetyl cyclosporin diene to produce the trans-isomer of ISATX247. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing the same trans ISATX 247 compound, using olefin cross metathesis. The process involves: olefin cross metathesis of acetyl cyclosporin A to afford acetyl cyclosporin α,β-unsaturated aldehyde; Wittig reaction of the acetyl cyclosporin α,β-unsaturated aldehyde to provide acetyl cyclosporin diene; and deacetylation of the acetyl cyclosporin diene to produce the trans ISATX247 compound. Also disclosed are processes for preparing an acetyl cyclosporin α,β-unsaturated aldehyde compound and a cyclosporin triene analogue compound.
