摘要： A heat exchanger assembly is provided including a primary housing having a plurality of primary condensing fingers extending upwardly from and perpendicular to a horizontal axis and disposed circumferentially about a primary axis. A tube extends radially from the primary axis along the horizontal axis toward a remote housing including remote condensing fingers extending downwardly from and perpendicular to the horizontal axis. The remote condensing fingers are disposed circumferentially about a remote axis extending vertically through the remote housing. The tube interconnects the primary housing and the remote housing and is flexible to facilitate movement of the housings relative to one another.

摘要： The invention provides a vending machine for cooling food products. The vending machine includes a housing defining an interior. The vending machine also includes a plurality of holding members substantially thermally isolated from one another and disposed in the interior. Each of the plurality of holding members includes inner and outer hollow members telescopically engaged with one another to define an inner cavity with an opening operable to communicate an individual food product and an outer cavity with an inlet and an outlet spaced from the inlet. The vending machine also includes a refrigeration system disposed outside of the interior and fluidly communicating individually with each of the outer cavities to cool each of the inner cavities.

摘要： A thermosiphon cooling assembly includes a plurality of hairpin condenser tubes that extend into openings of a boiling chamber for collection of refrigerant vapor from a boiler housing. The distal ends of the tubes extend into the chamber from a cover the least distance midway between the ends of the boiler housing and increase in distance in opposite directions toward the ends. The hairpin tubes are in groups with each tube in a group having the same length and the groups having respectively different lengths and at least one group includes more than one tube.

摘要： A heat exchanger assembly for cooling an electronic device comprises a flange, a dome, a plurality of condensing tubes, a shroud and a boiler plate. The dome is semi-cylindrical in shape with flat axial ends. A plurality of spaced condensing tubes is disposed in a plurality of fan rows with each fan row being in a fan plane to facilitate more-efficient heat transfer. The distal ends of each of the condensing tubes are elongated along the associated fan plane to define the fan rows in a fan shape. In other words, each fan row contains one elongated, fan-shaped condensing tube. The condensing tubes in adjacent fan planes terminate in an arch extending concentrically about the center axis at the flat axial ends of the semi-cylindrical dome. The pattern of the elongated condensing tubes resembles the erectile ribs of an igloo.

摘要： A portable evaporative cooler includes a first reservoir for holding a working fluid and having an air inlet and an air outlet. A partition separates the first reservoir from a second reservoir which stores a reserve fluid. A chute curved from the partition through the second reservoir directs the flow of air from the air outlet through a curved path. A valve in the partition replenishes the working fluid from the reserve fluid in the second reservoir and is responsive to a sensor disposed within the first reservoir.
