Abstract:
In a system for cleaning tubes of tube-bundle type heat exchangers including a plurality of tubes (5) arranged in parallel between two chambers (10a, 10b) and flown through by a fluid medium, in particular crude oil, at a temperature above 120° C., wherein, for cleaning the tubes (5), deposits on their inner walls, such as coking, dirt particles or the like, are detached by cleaning bodies passing through the tubes (5), and carried out of the tubes (5), for cleaning the inner wall of the plurality of tubes (5) of the heat exchanger during the operation of the heat exchanger (10), it is provided that the cleaning bodies (1a–1h) are formed in such a way that they are resistant to high temperatures (above 120° C.) and withstand aggressive fluid media such as crude oil and are freely transported in the flowing fluid medium, in particular with large flow-through diameters, such as in the chambers (10a, 10b) of the heat exchanger (10) and sink or rise in the stagnant fluid medium, and have an outer contact surface suitable for removing deposits from a tube inner wall, pass through the tubes (5) due to the pressure of the fluid medium, and have their contact surfaces forced against the tube inner wall by contact pressure.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a filter for fluids, in particular water, having a filter surface and a rotary spray arm contained in said filter, said arm conducting a flushing medium against the filter surface. To achieve an increase in the throughput capacity of the filter and to improve the flushing of the filter surface, the filter is equipped with a fluid-proof drum motor, which drives at least one spray arm.

Abstract:
A mobile heat exchanger cleaning system, in particular for power plant heat exchangers, allows a heat exchanger to be safely and reliably cleaned. The cleaning system has an apparatus for collecting, introducing and removing cleaning bodies, a pump for pumping a fluid with cleaning bodies and at least one connector connected with the apparatus and the pump for releasably connecting the cleaning system with a heat exchanger.
Abstract:
In a system for cleaning tubes of heat exchangers flown through by a fluid medium, in particular crude oil, having a temperature in excess of 120° C., wherein, for cleaning a tube, deposits such as dirt particles or the like adhering to its inner wall are detached by cleansing off and carried out of the tube, for cleaning the inner wall of the heat exchanger tubes during the operation of the heat exchanger, it is provided that cleaning bodies withstanding high temperatures (in excess of 120° C.) as well as withstanding aggressive fluid media such as crude oil and having outer dimensions when cleaning equal to the inner diameter of the tube to be cleaned and having an outer contact surface suitable for cleansing off deposits from an inner wall of a tube, pass through the tube due to the pressure of the fluid medium and are pressed to the inner wall of the tube by a contact pressure, and that, during the passage of the cleaning bodies, deposits adhering to the inner wall of the tube are caught and detached by the contact surface of the cleaning bodies and carried along by the fluid medium and/or the cleaning body and carried out of the tube.
