    摘要: The calibration weight arrangement for an electronic balance with a force-transmitting device (1), includes a calibration weight (14) capable of coupling to the force-transmitting device (1). The calibration weight (14) is moved vertically by a transfer mechanism and a drive source to establish and to release the force-transmitting contact between the calibration weight (14) and the force-transmitting device (1). The transfer mechanism has at least one resetting element (22, 37, 38, 40, 43) and a lifting system configured as a knee joint linkage (17, 117, 217). The resetting element (22, 37, 38, 40, 43) and the lifting system work together to arrest and cushion the calibration weight (14) if the balance is shocked, dropped or hit.

    摘要: An exemplary weighing module is disclosed which has a load receiver and a weighing cell that are connected to each other by a force-transmitting rod, wherein the weighing module is arranged inside a design space whose dimensions in a plane extending orthogonal to the load direction are limited by the design spaces occupied by neighboring weighing cells or represent the largest dimension of the weighing cell in said plane. An exemplary weighing cell has a parallel-guiding mechanism in which at least one movable parallel leg which is connected to the force-transmitting rod and at least one stationary parallel leg are arranged with a predefined guiding distance from each other, connected to each other by at least one upper parallel-guiding member and at least one lower parallel-guiding member. The effective length of the parallel-guiding members is larger than the guiding distance, and the movable parallel leg does not protrude out of the design space.

    摘要: An electronic balance with a force-transmitting device (1, 101) has a calibration weight arrangement (4, 104). The arrangement includes a calibration weight (3, 103) capable of being coupled to the force-transmitting device (1, 101). It also includes a transfer mechanism and a drive source to effect a guided movement of the calibration weight (3, 103). The drive source has an actuator (16) that cooperates with the transfer mechanism and consists, at least in part, of a shape memory alloy. The actuator (16) moves the calibration weight (3, 103) through a structural change of the shape memory alloy as a result of a temperature change.

    摘要: A pump comprising a housing comprising a rotor chamber, inlet and outlet channels opening into the rotor chamber, and inlet and outlet seals mounted on a surface of the chamber, and a rotor rotatably and axially slidably received in the chamber and comprising a first axial extension comprising a liquid supply channel and a second axial extension comprising a liquid supply channel, the first and second axial extensions having different diameters. The inlet and outlet seals engage a surface of the rotor, whereby the liquid supply channel of each axial extension in conjunction with a corresponding seal forms a valve that opens and closes as a function of the angular and axial displacement of the rotor. At least one of the inlet and outlet channels opens transversely into the rotor chamber and at least one of the inlet and outlet seals forms a closed circuit circumscribing said at least one of the inlet and outlet channels.

    摘要: A parallel-guiding mechanism has a vertically movable parallel leg that carries a weighing pan. The movable parallel leg is connected by two essentially horizontal parallel guides to a stationary parallel leg installed in a balance, wherein elastic flexure pivots are formed at the ends of the parallel guides. Incisions that reduce the material strength of the parallel leg in at least one appropriate location define at least one adjustment domain, thus forming a deformation zone which is plastically deformed through application of an adjustment force. In this manner, a corner load error of the parallel-guiding mechanism is corrected.

The drive source includes an actuator (18) cooperating with the transfer mechanism and at least one piezoelectric element (19) which drives the movement of the actuator. The piezoelectric element interacts with a drive wheel (17, 117) that is centrally positioned relative to the calibration weight arrangement and drives a likewise centrally positioned shaft (16, 126). The interaction between the piezoelectric element and the drive wheel occurs during the advance movement in one direction through the repeated engagement and release of a frictional contact force.

    摘要: A force-measuring cell is designed for a receiving structure having multiple force-measuring cells of the same type. Each cell in the receiving structure occupies a design space whose dimensions, projected into a plane orthogonal to the load direction, is delimited by the design spaces of neighboring and/or is equal to the largest dimension of the cell in the plane. The cell has parallel-guiding diaphragms arranged on upper and lower surfaces thereof. The cell includes a calibration weight arrangement with a calibration weight which can be coupled to the cell, as well as a drive mechanism and a transfer mechanism for guidedly moving the calibration weight. An actuator works together with the transfer mechanism and a piezoelectric element that drives the actuator. The actuator has at least two interacting elements to repeatedly engage and release each other by frictional contact force which occurs during the travel movement in one direction.
