摘要： A roll of plastic bags for use with a dispenser having opposing tracks in which the roll is supported, and a separating tongue for enabling individual bags to be separated from the roll. The roll of plastic bags is wound on an axle, the plastic bags being in a star sealed configuration. The ends of the axle project beyond the ends of the roll a distance sufficient to enable the axle to be supported for rotational and translational movement in the tracks in such a way that the roll frictionally engages a dispenser surface. Separation lines are provided between adjacent bags, a slot in each separation line being engageable by the tongue within the dispenser so that individual bags can be dispensed from the roll one at a time.

摘要： A plastic bag dispenser holds a continuous roll of bags, connected by perforated separation lines. The dispenser is provided with a tongue, which the bags are dispensed over, that engages the separation line between the bag at the end of the roll and the next bag. This begins the separation of the separation line, as well as holds the next bag behind the tongue. A finger is provided on the upstream side of the tongue, with a gap between the finger and tongue. As a bag is separated, a portion of the front edge of the next bag is held in the gap, holding the bag in position for the next user. The roll of bags rests in angled grooves in the dispenser that cause the roll to abut and frictionally engage an interior surface of the dispenser, preventing free-wheeling of the roll.

The other plate has a center hole and a series of circumferential holes equally spaced around the center hole. A mounting bar is attached at one of its ends to the second plate by fasteners which extend through the center hole and one of the circumferential holes so that the relative position of the mounting bar can be varied depending on a selection of circumferential holes. A mounting plate is attached to the opposite end of the mounting bar and includes an aperture and a series of spaced openings which receives complementary projections on the plastic bag dispenser to retain the dispenser. Additional fastener means extend through the aperture and a base plate of the dispenser for securing the dispenser to the mounting plate.

摘要： A tubular absorbent pad for food products and a method of manufacturing the pad are disclosed. The pad comprises at least one plastic sheet defining an outer layer of an axially elongated tube having a perforated moisture permeable portion. Absorbent material is disposed inwardly of the plastic sheet and defines at least one absorbent layer of the elongated tube, and super-absorbent material is disposed inwardly of the absorbent sheet, to form a tubular absorbent pad which can absorb liquid exuded from a food product. The invention further provides, in combination, a tray and one or more tubular absorbent pads, the tray being constructed and arranged for receiving the tubular absorbent pads. The tray comprises a body having a generally flat central section and four upstanding walls, the body defining at least one channel surrounding the central section which is shaped to receive tubular absorbent pads. The invention also provides a tray including a body having a generally flat central section and at least one channel disposed in the central section to receive the tubular absorbent pad. In another embodiment, the invention provides a tray comprising a body having a first layer spaced from a second layer. The first layer has a plurality of perforations to permit moisture from a food product supported on the first layer to migrate therethrough. The second layer includes a plurality of upstanding support knobs. At least one channel is defined along an edge of the body and shaped to receive the tubular absorbent pad.

One third of each bundle is folded over the remaining two thirds. Typically, each box will contain five or ten pairs of such interlocked bundles.

摘要： A dispenser is described for dispensing plastic bags which are wound on a hollow cylindrical core. The dispenser is an integral molded plastic device having a bottom panel and upstanding sidewalls which are biased toward each other and which include stub axles adapted to receive the opposite ends of the core on which the roll is wound. The sidewalls apply a braking force to the ends of the core. The core fits tightly onto the stub axles to provide an additional braking force in order to prevent free wheeling of the roll as the individual bags are dispensed.
