摘要： A hand-held text input device includes a game controller and a keyboard. The device comfortably accommodates the hands of a user while the thumbs and fingers are associated with actuators of the game controller and keys of the keyboard. The overall configuration of the device and the arrangement of the actuators and keys permit the user to operate all of the functions provided by the device while the forearms are in a neutral posture zone between pronation and supination of the forearm, while the wrists are minimally extended, and while the fingers are comfortably flexed.

摘要： In a method for automatically determining coordinates, relative to a reference coordinate system, of markers contained in a 3D volume data set of a subject provided with markers imaged in 2D projections of the 3D volume data set are detected, the centers of gravity of the imaged markers are determined, and back projection straight lines through the markers are established. The intersection points of the back projection straight lines with each other are identified, or the points with the smallest distance from one another on different back projection straight lines are determined if the back projection lines arc skewed. Spatially limited areas are identified, which contain an accumulation of intersection points of back projection straight lines or an accumulation of points with the smallest distance from one another. The coordinates of the centers of gravity of these spatially limited areas are calculated and are used as the coordinates for the respective markers.

One disclosed embodiment comprises a base packaging structure comprising a recess, and a substantially rigid device carrying case rotatably suspended within the recess such that the device carrying case is rotatable with respect to the base packaging structure. 摘要： An input device including a scroll wheel assembly for moving an image in multiple directions on a display screen. The scroll wheel assembly may include a finger-engagable control member that may be endlessly rotated about a rotation axis and a tilt sensor containing a tilt contact member coplanar with the finger-engagable control member and oriented in a substantially vertical, downward orientation such that pivoting of the finger-engagable control member may move the tilt contact member laterally to contact laterally disposed contact switches. In another example, the finger-engagable control member contains a flexible blade at an underside for biasing the scroll wheel assembly to an upright position.
