    摘要: A fingerprint sensing circuit and a fingerprint sensing apparatus are provided. The fingerprint sensing circuit includes a sensing electrode; a first converting circuit connected to the sensing electrode and configured to convert a coupling capacitance sensed by the sensing electrode into a drive voltage, where the drive voltage is equal to a sum of a voltage variation converted from the coupling capacitance and a reference voltage; and a second converting circuit configured to generate a sensing current based on the drive voltage, and send the sensing current to a fingerprint signal processor, where the sensing current is equal to a product of a transconductance gain of the second converting circuit and the voltage variation, and the fingerprint signal processor performs fingerprint sensing based on the sensing current. With the fingerprint sensing circuit and the fingerprint sensing apparatus, the detection accuracy can be improved.

    摘要: A touch display apparatus, a corresponding driving circuit, and a driving method. The touch display apparatus includes a common electrode between a first substrate and a second substrate, and a driving circuit used as a touch sensing electrode during a touch sensing phase. The driving circuit is used for providing a first signal for touch detection to the common electrode. The driving circuit is also used for providing a second signal to a gate line during the touch sensing phase, said second signal enabling a thin-film transistor to be in off mode and decreasing the charge-discharge capacity of a capacitor formed by the common electrode and a gate line. The driving circuit is also used for providing a third signal during the touch sensing phase, the third signal decreasing the charge-discharge capacity of a capacitor formed by the common electrode and a data line.

    摘要: A terminal control method based on a fingerprint recognition key, a terminal control device based on a fingerprint recognition key, and a terminal are provided. The method includes: detecting a touch operation on the fingerprint recognition key, acquiring a touch parameter of the touch operation; and controlling a running state of a terminal, in a case where the touch parameter meets a preset condition. With the method, the terminal is controlled by the fingerprint recognition key to switch its running state, such as a turned-on state, a turned-off state, a sleep state, an awake state, a locked state, thereby simplify an operation and improving a user experience. In this case, the power key is cancelled since the function of the power key is implemented by the fingerprint recognition key, thereby reducing the physical components and thus the fabrication cost of the terminal.
