摘要： Sealing unit adapted to be coupled to a rolling-element bearing to seal off the annular space between an inner ring and an outer ring of the bearing, the sealing unit having a stiffening core, and an elastomeric annular element that is rigidly secured to the stiffening core and provided with a sealing lip and a root portion, which is positioned radially on the opposite side of the sealing lip, and which can be snap-fitted into a groove of the outer ring in order to abut the root portion on a front wall of the groove with the core facing toward the outside of bearing.

摘要： The bearing seal assembly (50) includes a metal shield (70) and a resilient multi-lip sealing gasket (60) secured to the metal shield. The metal shield is supported in use by an outer ring (20) of a rolling contact bearing and includes a diagonally extending central portion (72). The sealing gasket (60) provides a number of contacting lips (62-64) facing an inner ring of the rolling contact bearing. A first, main contacting lip (66) exerts a first radial load on the inner ring. A second contacting lip (62) extends from the first lip (66) and exerts a second radial load on the inner ring lower than the first radial load. A third contacting lip (64) is on the opposite side of the second lip (62) with respect to the first lip (66) and exerts a third radial load on the inner ring lower than the first radial load but greater than the second radial load.

摘要： A sealed hub-bearing assembly for agricultural applications includes a hub-bearing unit 10 with a flanged outer ring 11 and a pair of radially inner stationary rings 16, 17 tightly mounted side to side. A sealing device 20 is mounted on a side of the hub-bearing unit 10 opposite to the side of the flange 12 and includes a sealing gasket 32 which is arranged to slide against the outer ring 11 and it is mounted by snap-action in a circumferential groove 18 formed in the inner ring 17 located farthest from the side of the flange 12.
